You can get French butter for much cheaper than $90 for the same quality, depending on how much you buy. Or if you know anyone going to or living in France you can ask them.
I bring it home often….I’m a flight attendant, usually fly Paris & Rome in the summer months…so I do a lot of grocery shopping while there. It’s like 2 euro at the monoprix 😂 if you lived near me you’d be in luck ❤ Love your channel
I just ordered them! Luckily shipping was (a bit) cheaper for me because I'm in the same state as that French store. Can't wait, I know it's gonna be delish!
I love Irish butter, grassfed The price is worth it if it brings you joy and you can afford it. We are pick and chose we want to spend our money on. I like to spend money on good quality vegetables and good steaks.
Looks delish. If you are in the USA and have Whole Foods Market near you, then go there. They carry all kinds of French Butter, Brioche sliced bread to make the toast, baguettes baked in the store, Croissants, etc. It'll still be expensive, but nowhere near $90 for just butter 😊
Hi Liz. I just love your channel! May you please tell me where to order both the French butter and French onion butter please? Also, where did you get the croissant bread from? Did you order that from France too!!!???😊 Thank you girl! God bless you.🎉🥐🧈🥐🧈☀️🌹
I get French butter way cheaper here in the state just find a French store 😢 I grew up eating French butter and I was shocked when I saw that it can cost 90$ 😢😅
That's crazy you can make the same butter at home for less than 15 dollars. Just need some fatty heavy cream (unpasteurized if possible), cultured buttermilk, and cultured yogurt and a mixer. Super easy.
You might as well do the opposite an hold the butter 🧈 in your hand an cut pieces of bread 🍞. Because you’re mainly eating butter 🧈 not bread 🥖….. 🤣🤣 🤣 😝😋 enjoy!
Isn't it called Kerrygold or something like that? I've seen it in the store but never tried it. I'd much rather spend $5 on that than $90 for some from France.
Yes I love kerrygold butter! The onion butter is absolutely worth it! And I found one that’s better than the regular salted one from Belgium. It’s called Isigny ste mere
@MissLizHeart ur truly the BEST at responding, I appreciate it because I have been bugging you lately with the questions lol. Whole foods here I come....and express 😋
As a French myself the butter seems pretty legit ( but way overpriced). But there is no such thing as "croissant toast" 😮. We just eat French baguette ...Juste saying.
Liz, this looked so good that I had to pick some up! I live in San Diego, but while visiting my sister in L.A. I picked up 3 flavors at ‘The French Concept Store’. Onion was yummy, still haven’t tried the seaweed or pepper.
i looked up how much it was, and the cost of the butter was doable, but the shipping for me was 68 dollars. So as much as I would love to try it it, unless i can find it somewhere local, I won't be trying it.
That's something is so if it's something I want. I spent plenty money on wasteful things throughout so I refuse not to no be stingy when spending money on good quality food🎉
This is a butter from Bretagne which are not bad of course but this one is very expensive for... Normandie Butter is just an'other level, try those next time Liz ♥
@@alizeematon9633 this is true. I live in hauts-de-France and my FIL lives in Normandy. Even we buy butter from Bretagne. It's just softer with a richer flavor. Idk why it's so different especially since theyre all in the north and Normandy is literally in between hauts-de-france and Bretagne.
What a waste of money, that’s almost half of a weeks worth of groceries she spent on just butter alone 😩😩 (she must not be aware of how butter is made 🤡🤡)
I searched up the brand and yay i found it where i live I'll def try the onion one but does the plain really taste any different than ur regular butter ?
This whole thing is kind of absurd. First of all your “croissant” toast is already loaded with butter, by nature of it being a croissant. Second, the best thing to out buttter on is a freshly baked bread. That is not any type of enriched dough (in my opinion). 3rd, spending 90 dollars on half a pound of butter is absolutely the most absurd thing someone could spend money on but to each their own.
Meanwhile in France you can get the same butter for 5 euros or less 😂 I don't know if paying 90 dollars for it is worth it.

As a french person I have never heard of croissant bread, that looks like a brioche. Americans y’all kill me with the names😂
Bordier is my fav butter.

Onion butter 🤤 omg it's never occurred to marry those 2 ingredients but it sounds heavenly. I need to find that.
Make it
@@-a13x-75I did! It's good homemade and it's good store bought 🤤
You've made me want to order French butter regardless of the cost! ❤
You always take bougie to another level. ❤

It’s the ONLY WAY!!! 😂
Place heavy cream whip it in a kitchen aid and butter is complete.
Irish Butter is great!! Specially for baking 🇮🇪

I LOVE toast and butter! 🧈 Seriously, I could eat a whole 🍞 with French butter
Spends $90 on butter, while we have excellent imported butter for about $12 a lb. Then spreads it on cheap American toast, instead of a baguette.
It looks amazing wow and that toast, never even heard of that, must try. But seriously, those earrings are gorgeous, details? Lol
Thank you!! The toast is from wholefoods! And these are the earrings rstyle.me/cz-n/hn3y4tdgj9x
