@@TheDelybird Thats great to hear! Tilt can be really discouraging for a lot of people so the fact that you already know how to get over it is amazing.
One of mine greatest issue is i doubt myself when playing (second guessing myself). Ex was a ladder game. Picture this i had indeedee and gladde (yes i use hard trickroom i know its cringe but for the my first year (2024) i want to try as many team types as possible) while the opponent had blastoise and pelipper. The play i was gonna do was trick room and wide guard (as I knew water spout would happend) but i over thought it saying to myself he know i would wide guard and would double my indeedee with single target moves. So i messed up didn’t wideguard and instantly lost the game as the blastoise water spouted nuking my side. i got so piss off at myself as my overthinking got the best of me when i should have done the obvious moves. This video was a really useful I started Shorty after the 2023 world championship
I am glad it was helpful. Sometimes we second guess and overthink and it can mess us up. Once you play enough games against enough teams it will make it easier to know the right thing to do. A lot of the confidence will come with repetition of playing games. Nothing like practice.

Solid tips! I find myself doing a lot of the things you recommended but never really put it down in writing.
