Tested this at Joshua tree around 40 degrees. Definitely not warm enough if you're standing still but great when you're on the move. This jacket one of the softest and most comfortable thing i've ever worn. Retails at like 300 can be had 50% off if you're patient enough
Hey Chris. Just discovered your channel and love the content. Can you help me decide on a lightweight packable layering system for a combination of snowboarding and everyday use? I love the jackets that pack in their own pockets so I can throw them in a bag and carry them with me all day, I also like the idea of internal pockets big enough for an iPhone and the idea of pit zips although this may be a hard ask to get while remaining packable. I'm currently thinking of a base layer with a Nano-Air Light Hybrid Hoody as a mid-layer (a nano puff on top of this when needing insulation) and a granite crest as my packable hard shell (may also purchase a less packable more burly hard shell for extreme conditions also like the Norrona Trollveggen Gore-Tex Pro Light or the Arc Teryx Alpha SV. I also am thinking to get a soft shell, either the Mammut Ultimate VII SO Hooded, the Gamma LT, or the Patagonia Dirt Roamer. Any info or experience would be appreciated. Thank you and well done on the great content
are you monetized yet? you got enough subscribers, not sure if enough watch hours, but keep at it, so you can eventually get paid to buy jackets and hopefully Arcteryx will sponsor ya if they smart
My pal had the old version and he called it great. I have Nano Air Hoody and looking forward to lighter versions like this one!

Yes, a nice soft jacket, but made for higher output activities, as it is very breathable.
@meandmyjackets the standard Nano Air is a fantastic jacket - 60gs of insulation, no fleece. Proton competitor
definitely a nice underlayer for my cerium obsession lol! Cerium FAN for life

Piqued my interest.
Proton LT competitor???
Actually closer to the Atom SL. I'll be doing a comparison on those two soon.
