Yeah, this is where I got my info as well. I wonder if I'll like the new one as much, though I doubt I'll be able to find one on the secondhand market any time soon. Who knows though, I thought the same thing about the Airshed Pro Pullover and found one in my size pretty soon after it had launched. Nothing seems quite as popular as a Nano Air item though!
It packs down reasonably well, not as good as a down jacket would, but smaller than a Nalgene for sure. I had mine packed in my Salomon Adv Skin 12 this weekend for a 14er summit once things got chilly.

@@almostadventurous that's exactly what I got it for, so that is fantastic news, I have a 14l and a 22l pack that I am planning on it being regular kit in and was worried it might take up too much space
I bought this one off of worn wear. It isn’t one of my better deals price wise, iirc it was around $150 or $200. Since then I have bought one without the hood for a friend for $30 at Goodwill and the vest for my wife around the same price, $25-30.
Stoked for the new one
Me too!
@@almostadventurous where did you get that Information from? Been dying to get one ever since I saw Alex megos wear one
Same - Engearment had a review of it, coming out around April. The one I got in 2018 is still one of my favorite layers

It’s out online now!
I’m curious about the new version. Wondering if I should get the new nano air light or the current nano air hoodie.
How will you use it?
@@almostadventurous I’d like to use it as a stand alone jacket, but also a mid layer when camping.
I miss the textile green color :( I am really sad it got discontinued and I was not able to get one to match the color of my other Patagonia jackets.
Yeah, Ia know it is divisive but I love both Textile Green and Peppergrass Green myself
How well does it pack down? I'm looking for something to throw in a fast packing setup for summeting day hike mountains

What size are you wearing?
Medium
@@almostadventurous Thanks a lot!
