when I used to go camping back in Europe) I had a small Mitsubishi Colt 2 door and a tiny Eriba Puck camping trailer. I would pull up to a camp site, push the trailer in place, set down the 4 corner supports, roll out the awning, pop up the roof extension for standing height inside the trailer, turn on the propane valve and get out the chairs and table. About 15 to 20 minutes and I was set up and ready to sit down and enjoy watching the others setting up their huge trailers for hours. After a few days I would pack up and move on to the next camp-site and hop from place to place because it was so easy to do with the small setup I had.

Awesome collection of equipment !!! You don't need a D6...you need a D9...with 49 tons of traction. Or load the Nodwell up with sand bags. Lots of free sand there...it seems.

And that is why I do not want a camper. I did enough recreational camping in the military. :) :) :)! I enjoy going down on the sandbar behind my house on the Pea River and chasin' Cats and gators.

In the sand I don't care what you have at one time or another you will get stuck , period , but being in the Army i have operated a lot of trucks and tractors and I came to the conclusion , tracks are the best in sand with out a doubt , you put a 6 wheel drive out there with rubber tracks over the tires and make them as wide as what will work with floatation tires on the front , that will get it , those artillery track ammo carriers with wide tracks would do well on the sand .

Thye Noddy needs a 5th wheel on the back. I bet you these tows would have been a lot more gentle on The Noddy if you had been able to tow the vehicles separate from the trailer. Not that The Noddy didn't handle it but less weight on separate pulls is less stress on all the driveline components. And besides that, Noddy and 5th wheel camper would be the ultimate envy-off-road setup. 😁

These people have more money than brains, don't they understand anything about driving off road? Good for videos though 🙂

Most of the people in the video are pretty hardcore off-road enthusiasts and this is nothing special for them. The UTV Takeover event planned out having them park in the sand and having equipment available to help them get in and out. Watch videos of Glamis or Pismo beach and you'll see this x 1000 on holiday weekends.
