I actually stopped halfway through the video, not wanting to finish because it was more difficult than the past two and I was frustrated and had no idea what I was doing. But after reading the comments that say this one needs a few tries to get it right, I tried it another time, paid closer attention, and I really started to get it! After about four tries I was really getting it! I'm grateful for the comments here, they really encouraged me not to give up. It seemed like after the third try, the "double circle" made more sense to my arms than to my head, because it became more and more natural each try. Thank you!!

I have Parkinson's Disease, I'm 59 cannot do much physically exercise anymore, I had an Asian Doctor who told me to start doing Tai Chi it will help with my Balance, Stress, Depression, and it is good exercise, I'm on Social Security Disability money is tight, told him that I cannot afford classes, He told me to watch You Tube Videos and recommended your channel Try to do 10 to 15 minutes a day in front of the TV and when it gets late in the afternoon and cooler outside, I work out in the yard, makes some neighbors made others think I'm doing martial arts and are afraid of me, made one guy back down when he was fighting his wife in their yard, My doctor told me that it will help in case I do get in a fight learn the moves on blocking it might make a difference when you can block a punch and get away before the next one

Rael Williamson you mean the other music from the first modules could be ok if it were quieter? This one seems more authentic but it would be good to have a variety

this format gives me the opportunity to do one of your modules each day before work as its only 5 minutes. I am very grateful of your sharing them. Spirituality and technology are strange bedfellows at first...I'm still learning

Thanks for the videos! Should we be mirroring your movements or moving to our left when you move to your left? =)

I love your videos. I can't get that double spiral for the life of me. I can't catch what you're doing. and I'm confused and frustrated.

You will get it. Maybe move on to the next module and then come back
