They have one setting. FWIW I really like them. They were more like burbles rather than "Shots fired" pops n' bangs. I'm on EQT Stg 2+ e30 tune now. It's a lot faster but the overrun is definitely more pops n' bangs. If your looking for a tune I would go with COBB/EQT : www.eqtuning.com/collections/vw-audi/products/cobb-accessport-v3-vw-mqb-gti-r-gli-ea888-2-0tsi
@@therealstunna3460 Are you stock now? GTI or R? I had a JB4 and Uni wasn’t any faster. Uni was a little smoother with better low end, but JB4 had better top end. I loved the burbles though, but you can’t really justify paying $700 for burbles. I wished I had just went EQT from the start. Did you get the TCU tune? You’re going to want that. If your going from stick to a Stg 2 you won’t be disappointed. If you want more power later you could always add a JB4 and stack it (adds 2-3 PSI) to get similar power levels to EQT. It makes a noticeable difference. 👍🏻
Kevin Hannon also i got the unitronic stage 2 ecu online should be comming in sometime next week dont really have any clue on how it works im going to have have my Machanic do it lol.
SeVyN : It will be totally off in drive mode. You can get pops and bangs if you received it in Park, but only if the car warms up first. The pops and bangs should only be in sport and sport-manual. I have a down pipe and the Resonator delete so they are much louder than if you have a stock exhaust.
Mason Gregg : No, I have an AWE catted Downpipe, resonator delete, and the stock muffler. Sounds great, but drones a LOT. I might revert back to resonated, but it's a lot quieter that way. Or I might go one of two ways... 1. a custom exhaust that keeps the stock exhaust but has a butterfly valve with a dump pipe, or 2. A resonated cat back.
Mason Gregg : Also... I probably have the car in Race Mode which would mean you are hearing the soundaktor as well. I realize some people hate it but I like it, so I keep it. Just be aware it's mixed into the real exhaust note sound. Viva la faux 5 cylinder noise. 👍🏻
Alex Deng : Correct. Just sport and Manual mode (if you switched over from sport and not drive mode). Why anyone drives in anything other than manual mode is beyond me.
I take it the sound got cut for music in the background? Video is completely silent now.
this sounds fucking sick
Ya, I like it :)
Does stage 2 unitronic allow you to get more pops and bangs

Okay so if I’m in drive it will not pop but in sport yes...so you kind of have an option right?
And does this affect power in a bad way or not at all

Okay great info and for the sound is it louder in person, must be right
Nice
are you running a resonated catback?

I'm assuming your car is DSG. Do the pops work in all modes or only sports mode?
Alex Deng : Correct. Just sport and Manual mode (if you switched over from sport and not drive mode). Why anyone drives in anything other than manual mode is beyond me.
The best part starts @ 0:33 and then some more @ 2:20
Is a VOLKSWAGEN GOLF MK7 GTI !?
Hey, sorry, it's a 2016 MK7 Golf R with a down-pipe and a res delete.
