UG courses should be stopped or open up new entrance exams but the best is that IISc takes an entrance exam of themselves because I hate chemistry so with only physics and maths of such high level though I can do but only with 1 hour for maths and physics ok I will do almost everything and then leave chemistry and come under AIR 60 or 50 not under 100 (because there are very few seats and 90% is taken by KVPY) is impossible but chemistry and KVPY (sorry but even the SX part is comparably easier than Mains leave aside top JEE Advanced rankers) guys will easily do it by switching with physics and just a little bit maths and there it goes more top logical students will not get selected which is why I will go abroad and settle there as a researcher. Great work India keep it up you are helping the world by cutting your own body parts (your students)😊👍

Kvpy is clossed so only option is jee (mains and advanced) and neet for pcmb students to get into iisc.

Hey sister! I have a query . Do ug students get any scholarship from institute who dont have any kvpy or inspire scholarship
Apart from KVPY and inspire, we don't get any scholarship
So whats the total fees per semester?
We get institute stipend of 5k per month if anyone not getting inspire scholarship
What is the scenario of placement in BS research program
Its really good if you want to do further research in good institutes in abroad

No you cannot take admission if you have PCB in class 12 it is clearly given in IISC website that you must have PCM as your men subject for get admission into UG program of IISC Bangalore
