What if we don't have references?? Is there any other way to apply?
@@nikitamehta1796 For US universities, you need atleast 2-3 references. It's very tough to avoid this part as it's essential they get an idea of the prospective student's academic and research skills from someone they learnt/worked with. It could be any of your faculty you did a course with, or conducted some research.
As far as I know, this is Mandatory for Europe as well.

Is GRE and Toefl is necessary for european countries also?
No. Generally European universities don't require test scores, but some might ask for an English test - TOEFL or IELTS. Always better to check the admission criteria thoroughly before applying to a position.
Nowadays many european universities consider duolingo english test scores also ..

Does open or distance bachelor degree valid in Europe for master's
Generally, Distance bachelor degree is valid for applying outside India only if the concerned bachelor degree course has approval from UGC DEB(Distance Education Board). Rest, it's upto the university you wish to apply to, and it's best to send an email to confirm with them.
