      That form is what keeps the core engaged and working hard. That is what makes us stronger :). That is why her torso is thick (in a good way) :)

    I’ve done this routine for about 1 week, and I can hold the banana hold for 2 minutes now! It used to be only 20 seconds!
    Edit to any who are reading this: I’ve done this workout so many times over the past year and a half! Sometimes I would go a few months without doing it and tried other workouts, but this is by far my favourite and I consistently come back to it since I always see improvement! I started working out again within the last month, and my muscles were so sore. But now, I can officially say that I completed this entire workout with no breaks!
    So to those reading, wish you lots of luck, and you will get there! :)

    When she said advanced she really meant it. Best ab work out on youtube. Basically because with workouts this hard there's lots of room for progressive overload if you can't complete it first time.

    As a Melbourne-based circus artist I spent A LOT of lockdown doing different creators' ab workouts and this Stef, was BY FAR the hardest. Still attempting it months later and still needing to rest! I'm super impressed with your strength and can't wait till I can bust it out just like you :)

    I have a circus school audition in February and thus ab vudeo is now part of my ab preparation training. So hard but I feel like it's the best challenge to progress. I will try to train myself to make it through the whole video.🔥

    You're an absolute legend and an inspiration of a woman! Love this work out so much because the focus isn't so much on changing appearance (like so many other fitness YT vids) but on surviving this and getting stronger and pushing yourself for yourself, not just doing the bare minimum for the looks.

    Just completed this workout for the first time with a lot of breaks in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. That was sooooo hard to do. I'm gonna try to get the time under 1 hour in the future.

      Banana Hold is very easy you could do that for Hours. Slow Leg Raises on a Pull Up Bar are the true shit ^^

      Never did it and tried and yes its hard but I got to 3 minutes. I'm a male I dont know if that makes a difference when it comes to that hold in particular. I'm not a person that works out very often but Im 100% positive I could not keep doing like she did after the first 3 minutes.

      The more you do the workout, the better you‘ll get,trust me...just take your breaks as you need them and you‘ll see by pushing trough it, in a few weeks you‘ll do it ... good luck 💪🏻

      The most important during this mouvement is to have the back touching the floor, you couldn’t be able to pass your hand between the floor and your hand, or you could hurt your lower back. So if it’s too much complicated, you must raise your legs until you can make your lower back touch the floor. Excuse my English I’m french.

    6 months straight every day I’ve been doing other ppls 10 minute abs and I can’t even do two minutes banana hold. This is the new video workout goal for the year.

    after 3 more days i actually made it
    through the whole 16minutes

    I practise boxing since more than 20 years, others intense sports and added for a decade various HIIT and bodyweight workout in high intensity. But this one I tried already couple of times and definitely can’t finish in one shot without time to time 10-15 seconds break. This lady is a war machine. Congratulations 👍🏻

    Wow, wow wow. I have been doing core workouts consistently for several years and Pilates core workouts and this by far THE most challenging one I have come across.     After 6 months I'm proud to say that I can do 2 whole minutes of the banana hold, it all started with giving up after 20 seconds 😂 Y'all keep going!

    I was able to make it through which is amazing but definitely couldn’t keep my legs as low! Had to keep them higher during some parts to keep my lower back pressed into the mat! My goal is to get my legs lower each time while maintaining proper form. Hardest ab workout I have ever tried!! Love it though!

    She holds the plank for friggin 30 MINUTES for a workout- she posts on her ig story. This girl is insane and I absolutely love her for it.
