I’ve done this routine for about 1 week, and I can hold the banana hold for 2 minutes now! It used to be only 20 seconds! Edit to any who are reading this: I’ve done this workout so many times over the past year and a half! Sometimes I would go a few months without doing it and tried other workouts, but this is by far my favourite and I consistently come back to it since I always see improvement! I started working out again within the last month, and my muscles were so sore. But now, I can officially say that I completed this entire workout with no breaks! So to those reading, wish you lots of luck, and you will get there! :)

First time ever an ab workout beats the shit out of me... Only did 5 minutes (also I'm sore af), but the objective is to complete it by the end of 2020
Never did it and tried and yes its hard but I got to 3 minutes. I'm a male I dont know if that makes a difference when it comes to that hold in particular. I'm not a person that works out very often but Im 100% positive I could not keep doing like she did after the first 3 minutes.
The more you do the workout, the better you‘ll get,trust me...just take your breaks as you need them and you‘ll see by pushing trough it, in a few weeks you‘ll do it ... good luck 💪🏻
The most important during this mouvement is to have the back touching the floor, you couldn’t be able to pass your hand between the floor and your hand, or you could hurt your lower back. So if it’s too much complicated, you must raise your legs until you can make your lower back touch the floor. Excuse my English I’m french.
6 months straight every day I’ve been doing other ppls 10 minute abs and I can’t even do two minutes banana hold. This is the new video workout goal for the year.

I practise boxing since more than 20 years, others intense sports and added for a decade various HIIT and bodyweight workout in high intensity. But this one I tried already couple of times and definitely can’t finish in one shot without time to time 10-15 seconds break. This lady is a war machine. Congratulations 👍🏻

I was able to make it through which is amazing but definitely couldn’t keep my legs as low! Had to keep them higher during some parts to keep my lower back pressed into the mat! My goal is to get my legs lower each time while maintaining proper form. Hardest ab workout I have ever tried!! Love it though!

Banana Hold is very easy you could do that for Hours. Slow Leg Raises on a Pull Up Bar are the true shit ^^
