I liked the extra level of detail. In orgins the hallucinations we see in the desert show the ghosts of the pharaohs, even moses was shown there throwing a staff that turns into a snake, cool detail

@@ZzirFamo-qp1qn not a bad choice :). advice though: if you are anything like me, you will complete every open world activity. having done so, for the main game and first DLC, i reccomend doing as much as you need to for exp/gear/killing time. im now in the final DLC (phaoroh one) and finding that im regretting doing everything beforehand as now im just getting frustated with the amount of ?'s and how 2 of the same events are the same thing (pretty much), and its just a checklist.
I feel like the reason origins didn’t have much stealth like crowd blend and such is because bayek was such a well known person all throughout Egypt, I also feel like the quests help add to the story because it shows more character development on bayek and you get to see just how much of a good person he really is despite his brutal revengeful nature at times
Like I really enjoy playing side quests in AC Origins coz it just feels like that's what Bayek is supposed to do as a Medjay.. getting to meet random people and helping them out with their problems which are a byproduct of the events in the main story makes the whole game complete.. when the main story takes me to a new region, I first play the side quests to find out how the villain's actions affect the common folk, and when I'm done with the sides, I assassinate the villains and complete the main quests, which wrap up everything nicely
@@brandor3494 in your logic WHAY would be impossible, no printing press so people can’t see his face, news would take weeks to teach a single person. Maybe 10% or less would actually know how he looked like. So yes. It’s lazy
The soundtrack is phenomenal. The only issue I’ve seen with it is in the afterlife maps where for some reason some songs are not synchronised properly. For example a song starts and it cuts in the middle and it’s not because you encounter an enemy and it has to change to more intense song for a fight, it just cuts without any reason when you’re exploring.
For me honestly, I prefer Origins more just because of Bayek and how he's such an amazing and phenomenal character and because Ancient Egypt is my favorite setting in any game ever
Honestly that opener ruined me on all other AC games. Bayek’s rage is palpable. He was the one protagonist where if he was mad, I was mad, if he smiled, I smiled. His pain, etc. Valhalla is just so so blah in comparison. And even Odyssey nailed some things too. But Ubi should be embarrassed-Eivor is not complex, doesn’t grow, and sacrifices very little for carving out a piece of England for ravensthorpe for the raven clan. Origins, this game here, is probably Ubisoft peaking. P.S. I did really enjoy Odyssey even though some Story elements got a little meh.
@@nv3154 I was with Eivor until Kchotve's arc (his father's killer). After that (after moving to England) it was nothing more than a Viking simulator to me... I was literally roaming around for a conclusion quest in Ravensthorpe after completing it, but all I could find was "Kiss Ranvi", "Invite Randvi to bed" and "Breakup with Ranvi" wtf? She doesn't even looks like a woman sometimes... Valhalla's ending felt like a story teller saying "What do mean, what happened next? The story is over..."
For those that don't know, you can play Origins' main story all the way through by doing only the sidequests that tie into the main story, which are usually on the the informants table everytime you progress to another region for the main story.

@@xBlOodxCrYsiSx Same I really liked Scarab's character too in Origins quite a lot as a side character and I was so surprised when I found out that he was bad all along
Origins was a fresh take on the franchise that I appreciated. It had enough familiar and new stuff for me to enjoy. It seems like the 2 sequels took the stuff I didn't like about Origins and brought them more and more to the forefront. I really wasn't too fond of the RPG combat in Origins, for example, but I was able to brush it off since the franchise was trying out new stuff. However, the combat then only proceeded to get clunkier in the games that followed. The problem I had in the old style games with regards to combat was just that it was overly simple and too easy, but one thing that could be said is that you felt lethal, like an assassin. Honestly if they just made the player more vulnerable to damage, that'd be a big improvement alone. The direction they've gone where it's 50 hits to kill a guy and a numbers game in combat does not suit the theme of the series in my opinion.
Origins is the best in the last 5 Assassin's creed games. Things i like the most in origins: (personal opinion) (Spoiler Alert) 1) Bayek & Aya characters . 2) It's gorgeous open world with lot of deserts, villages & cities like Alexandria. 3) Exploring the tombs. 4) Story with lot of emotional elements...mainly when krookodile killed that poor child Shadiya...i felt so much of rage & sadness in me. 5) Soundtrack at its best.....it makes you feel like an Egyptian. 6) Good ending & its consequences for the origin of HIDDEN ONES. 7) They balanced the rpg & stealth elements in this game ,unlike Odyssey which gave more importance to RPG . 8) Sliding from the pyramids is my favourite thing. 9) Combat is fair enough but i like the 4 different categories of Arrows. 10)Hidden ones & Curse of Pharaohs dlc are good, the mythical lands in Pharaohs dlc are splendid. Have a nice day 😊.
I love Origins its in my top favorite games ever...But So is Odyssey..Origins and Odyssey are almost identical besides story and the environment LoL. Odyssey is just as Good as Origins, and Valhalla is as well. I love all 3 equal, just love Origins landscape, environment and world the best out of all 3.
To me honestly, I love both games, but I love Ancient Egypt, the fact that you can explore so many important landmarks such as pyramids and the sphinx was just mindblowing to me and the discovery tours you can bet I did every single one of them to learn about Ancient Egypt it was beautiful and so educational I loved that touch from Ubisoft. I've had a blast playing both games but Origins is my all time favorite. The story, the music, the quests, the beautiful deserts and cities just amazed me when I first got it.
As a history buff, Origins hit the spot for me. The world was much more immersive and the architecture straight up breathtaking. The reason Valhalla couldn't do that for me was how the things and objects in the world felt they were out of place, like the objects, vegetation, and buildings were not placed carefully and sometimes wouldn't sync in with everything unlike Origins where it all came into place Edit: In short, Valhalla felt very gamie to me and didn't encourage me to explore it like how Origins manage to motivate me to explore it's world
As a history buff, Valhalla hurt to look at. So many things are wrong with the armor, weapons, clothing, hairstyles, etc etc. it feels more like they got inspiration from insanely inaccurate shows like Vikings rather than actual history :/
I love Assassin's Creed Valhalla but no AC game will ever top Assassin's Creed Origins. From Bayek, to the graphics, to the gameplay, to the music, to the story its really not a comparison. Also in Origins, the enemies have their level number over there head whereas Valhalla it display a red skull. After Origins I didn't even play Odyssey, It took me years to play another AC game after Origins. Its just that great of a game.
Origins is something special to me. First game I ever played on my xbox, and first assassin's Creed game I've ever played. I find the game simply incredible.
I went to walmart to buy a game but didn't see anything I wanted and then I saw a game called ac origins I bought because I wanted to play something now I a huge ac fan
Bayek definetly deserves another sequel where we could see the hidden ones develop into the brotherhood with Bayek starting to create more bureaus in different places and become like an assassin from old games
And Assassin's Creed Origins is the only game set on the Continent of Africa. I am from South Africa so Egypt is still really unique to me being right at the top of the continent. I do feel at home with some of the familiar bird sounds from Egypt also in South Africa. 😎👍
Origins was perfect. It had the longest development time amongst the rpg type AC games. It had the perfect mixture of the old gameplay and rpg mechanics.
@@YashuCosGaming two things. One they were referring to the Brotherhood’s Assassin title not assassins as a type of person or a type of action. Two the Brotherhood kills for moral reasons that are usually tied to political reasons as well.

Honestly, its origins for me. 2017 was such a good time for me, the soundtrack hits me right in the feels every time you load it up, reminds me of playing if for the first time at Christmas
This is probably the most practical review of these 2 games . You clearly mentioned when it was your subjective opinion which was driving the outcome of your choice and gave solid reasoning for the other categories. I prefer valhalla over origins because of the guaranteed assassination and could complete missions/camps without being on the same level. The filler missions on valhalla and the side quests were much better than that of origins. The abilities in valhalla give a much better depth to combat and even the stealth options you had were more diverse. Origins had a great story , visuals and characters but my overall choice would be valhalla.
Sorry but what you're saying is complete crap. What do you mean you can complete camps and clear hideouts without being on the same level in Valhalla? The game literally tricks you in the beginning of the game. When you and your clan first settle in England you get a mission to raid monasteries to get supplies to build your settlement. The game tricks you by putting a particular monastery near your settlement so you think its something you can handle easily. But when I tried to raid the place at that point (and keep in mind this was after I already easily dealt with another monastery that was also pretty near the settlement) in the game I was completely and utterly DESTROYED. Then I went back and checked and saw the suggested power level to raid the place was 130. Its simply impossible for your power level to be that high that early in the game. My power level at the time was like 20. And also you can't assassinate enemies that have moderately higher power level unlike you said. There is a whole skill you can unlock in the skill tree dedicated to killing high level enemies with a timing based stealth strike that deals a lot of damage, but there's still no guarantee it will kill them just deal a lot of damage.
@@moboladaleadeaina141 i would recommend you to watch "HARDEST RAID in Assassin's Creed Valhalla!" by vadact , yes it is hard to raid with lower level but the combat system where you can target weak points makes it easier and yes you can move forward in the tree for getting more assassination damage but it is literally impractical to do something similar in origins . I understand your argument but what i felt during my playthrough was , i generally refrained from going to higher level camps in origins even if i was 3-4 levels lower and was forced to do the side missions on the other hand , in valhalla i was able to complete campaigns with 130 level which required 160 level and was able to clear out camps without being detected because my assassinations were successful .
I loved origins. The music, ancient Egypt, and most of all Bayek. His voice acting, the pain he encounters throughout the story. I just felt such a connection with him. Felt so bad for him. One of my favorite games tbh. I like Valhalla, but origins truly is one of my favorite games ever made.
After finishing origins recently i understand why people want a sequel with Bayek, i even went to the extent to learn more about the city, people, and architecture with the discovery tour, i have 80 hours in and just finished the story lol the game is just amazing
I admire your passion esp for the overall enviroments of ac origins. But dont you think in certain locations of this game the visual is a bit too yellowish?
Yeah totally! I just got the game a few months ago along with Valhalla and Oddessy, and I absolutely love finding a city, a ruin, or a person's name only to find out these people and places really exist. It makes it incredibly immersive.

I thought Bayek was a more interesting character the Eivor. The time period and setting, plus the whole dynamic with Bayek and his wife sharing the same goal set up interesting plots and character development on a level you don’t really see in Valhalla.
Bayek character and his story is really good, you care about him and you felt really connected to him through his journey. The music and the setting is just epic.
Same Blackburn assassin's creed origins and black flag have a special place in my heart and both assassin's creed origins and black flag are the 2 types of games where after the story is still SO MUCH FUN
I thoroughly enjoyed Valhalla and thought it far exceeded Odyssey. But Origins is just too perfect. You should’ve included “Wildlife” as a category within the Open World section. That’s one of the big reasons for me loving Origins.
Yeah by the time you clear an enemy camp and go back to the first guy you killed vultures are already eating their dead corpse. Like damn nature you scary
I’m glad so many people loved Origins, it was one of the best games. The combat was also better IMO, the new games just have fancy colors for every move. Origins was much much more grounded. Even the animation when you walk through tall grass sets the mood perfectly.
Great video! The only thing i disagree with is immersion, i feel like Valhalla did a WAY better job of makin Eivor seem like he belongs there, everything around him screams vikings, from the conversations, to people's beliefs, to combat, little games, even the addition of Asgard and such. While Bayek definitely belongs in Egypt and is very much a medjay, the world around him doesn't do much to scream Ancient Egypt, other than of course the sights, how the cities look, the piramids, etc. I'd give that point to Valhalla, a lot has to do with the fact that it's a newer game and of course they improved on the immersion, learning from the previous games and adding on top.
@@Orthur.Callahan. I started it last night, so far I prefer Odyssey by far. This stamina addition feels like they're trying to make it even more like Dark Souls. No automatic regenerating health outside of combat either. It's alright but boring imo. Odyssey was far more fun an addictive.

The only thing thats bad is that it's gotten a bit to easy and this is bc of all the Ezio dick suckers who cry when they can't kill an enemy with one button click and Ubisoft tried to make both sides of the community happy in Valhalla
@@andycruzatx3387 The world in AC Odyssey looks pretty interesting, that's one reason why I want to play it. The question is: Should I pick Alexios or Kassandra?
Origins is my favorite as for Valhalla, I haven’t played much of Valhalla since I am still at the beginning, but I would say the fighting style in Valhalla felt…immersive to me. Being a viking and all and having all these strong attacks towards your enemy felt very good and satisfying to me.
For me, Origins, hands down. Better story, better immersion... and above all, when the main story arc is played, hundreds of hours of roaming, secondary quests with real stories and voices... +infinite skill leveling, buy xp, selling resources, buying xp books and so on. All in all an infinite game, especially with NG+. As for Valhalla, after the main story arc: nothing, or no, sorry. Puzzles. Let's find the key mini games over and over. Sorry no. Our 2017 game is far superior than this 2020 half baked beta they call "Valhalla". And the gods know I wanted it to be the new Origins...
Haha I agree origins was great I still enjoyed Valhalla and the stealth was much better but your right overall with immersion world and storytelling Origins wins.
Also I wanted to add: I understand and respect opinions saying that combats are improved in Valhalla, but for me they are too fast, thus unrealistic. And because the character is smaller in Valhalla than in Origins (not smaller of course, but the camera is too far from the character in Valhalla imho), the combats look distached from reality, or how can I say, way too arcadish. Combats in Origins are slower, sure, but they feel real. When I play Valhalla I dont like the combats, they feel like playing an arcade game, or a kungfu panda thing. At some points, I even saw Eivor as a World of Warcraft melee character: small character on screen, and a lot of supernatural motions...
Fuck yeah I've been wanting to see a comment like this. I still play Origins still today and it's still my favourite in the series. Bayeks my man, dude went through hell and made the brotherhood what they are today.
I prefer Origins. Bayek is amazing. Egypt is great. The story arc in Origns is way better. The acting is great (just watch Shadya's sequence). The order is powerful. The music from Origins, my god. Also, the Hidden Ones is such a piece of art. What a great DLC. The last video with Anumet, is just to breathtaking! Valhalla is great too. Nice locations (Norway, is stunning). The Lore, and the modern arc are way better. Valhalla's fighting system is cool. Not great but cool. Stealth is great. But the game is to LONG. Kind of boring sometimes. I have no bound with Eivor. Shame, because i like him... For, me Valhalla is a good game. But Origins is fantastic. AC Origins: 9/10. AC Valhalla: 8/10.
Ubisoft: "it's set in ancient egy-" Shut up and take all of my money. What's even more amazing and fascinating about Origins, it is set a good 2000yrs or so After The Old Kemet Kingdom too so imagine if it was set then during its True Golden Age... 😰😰 Nothing beats starting the game walking through that dark ancient tomb, riding your mount to the hilltop of Siwa and the camera pans out to show the little oasis village. I was damn near shedding small tears when I rode through the desert to Giza and saw the pyramids in their majestic glory. Plus, I still have nightmares about Shadya 😢 First time I played Origins and dived under water and saw her tied to a rock, drowned, I was heartbroken and just stayed there underwater until I couldn't breath. Sending the Crocodile to The Duat was Worth It!!
Playing Origins on NG+ as fully leveled up with level scaling on is a fantastic run through. Non need to play the side quests but still a bit challenging.
AC Origins is one of the best games I've played. The fact that they've made a crossover game both action based and RPG makes it great. And it is so immersive playing in the ancient Egypt, and going trough historical events and meeting historical characthers there. Just riding through the desert feels cool and relaxing, not to mention the cities rework in the world of Ancient Egypt.
Followed your advice and got both :) Fortunate enough to get AC Valhalla complete edition for 40 bucks and Origins complete edition for 30. A steal if you ask me, thanks for the great video!
About gameplay: i think that you missed one great change - how game counts activities. In Origins and Od*cough* there are boring repeatable activities assigned to small camps and in Valhalla you "complete" a region which in my opinion is much better. However great video, keep going!
I absolutely agree with every point you made. I like Valhalla, but I absolutely love origins, for the reasons you described. I would also like to comment on the B-roll footage you provided for this video. WOW! I wish I was as proficient at playing the games as you are. it inspires me to get back at it and give it another honest go, so thank you for that.

@ImpishDCrealm maybe, it's your opinion. But, most of the games offer environment like Odyssey, with green forests and islands. Imo, origins offered something unseen and new, the ancient Egypt. It's more interesting for me
I also like that Origins cloth actually felt like clothes, blowing along the wind and going where it should be instead of a repeated cycle or straight out glued to your legs/body
I look at it like this Out of the three RPG AC’s, Origins is the only one I did “New Game+” on. To add, I was absolutely sad when I finished Origins and it’s expansions because I “finished everything” and had no more Bayek moments anymore.
after completing valhalla recently i still think both origins and odyssey are better,,maybe not quite graphically but for me the stories drew me in more then valhalla..
I love Bayek since he has lived a life and is somewhat in a 2nd life stage that in my early 40s I am experiencing myself. After my life in the military I am now in a civilian in a new career path and in situations (good ones) that I could experience in the military.
While I've been a fan of the series for years Only came to be able to play it for the first time back in 2019. At that time i remember thinking that the games i played had no real story element so i went back to my go-to storyline. At this point I hadn't been up to date with AC for years so i just picked the coolest looking one and went with it. Little did i know i would find myself more in love with the series through origins. I am most definetly biased as this was my first game but i can't help it. Seeing what was essentially a fairy tale to me brought to life was so great and the characters were so compelling. It had been a long time since i played a game simply because i loved it and i can truly say from the bottom of my heart that AC origins is the best game I've played
@@YashuCosGaming oh yes. That is because you have been playing AC games since yestreday. Whereas I have been doing that since 2010, and I find Valhalla the worst AC game ever made. Go play some RPG instead of AC.

But I agree with several of your points about Valhalla. Would love to see you do a video on Ghost of Tsushima vs. Valhalla or something like that. I think Ghost outshines all of them.
Love ghost but Valhalla is way better. In every way except the flairness in combat was much better to see in ghost. But Valhalla combat is still more fun.
I fully agree. Bayek is a big point for Origins, Eivor is good, but Bayek just carries Origins on his back the whole time. Honestly, I’m actually taking a break from Valhalla right now. I’m going for 100% completion and I’m really unmotivated to keep going. I have three arcs left and the one I’m on now is quite uninteresting.
@@bespecheeze when he changed his mind like that I wanted to punch him but didn’t take the option just in case I’m still not done with the story though just got it a few days ago and Sigurd is being annoying 😂
I want to start this by saying I haven't got to try Valhalla yet so I can't compare them. Anyway, I never had an issue with stealth in Origins, however, that could be based on my specific playing style. I preferred using the predator bow on high towers and just sniping enemies. This playing style worked well for the game. I also really like this RPG style fighting. I wasn't a fan of the old AC games because their game play and combat style didn't work for me. I didn't have high hopes for Origins because of my experiences with other AC games. However, I gave it a shot since I like ancient Egypt. I will say that the parkour mechanics are a little finicky sometimes... Specifically accidently jumping off ledges, going through windows when you don't want to, and declining without jumping. Outside of that, I loved the story of Origins. I felt a real connection with Bayek. His hate for the order really shows through in the game and you actually feel like your making a difference in the game world. It also did not shy away from brutality of the story. I cant give examples without spoiling the game, but when you fight the Crocodile mask, it was heart wrenching. Same with the Hyena Mask. You actually get attached to the story. This also brings me to the main enemies. There is a sense of mystery while fighting the order. There are some twists and turns and some real surprises. You can kind of guess what will happen due to some clichés, but overall, you're kind of just as lost as Bayek in the story. The story also builds and changes pace as you progress. You can feel the suspense in the main quest build as you get closer to your goal while still maintaining a sense of mystery because its written in a way where you cant quite 100% deduce what will happen. The enemies towards the end of the game are also very interesting. There are some "Order" members you only assassinate while other members will actually fight you. Those that fight use odd mechanics that are a tad unorthodox and actually force you to be creative when fighting them and having to find their weak spot. I really enjoyed this aspect. It added a sense of urgency in the fights. Then there is the origins of the Assassins. Throughout the game, there are little hints and drops here and there about the creed tying into the game, but towards the end is when it gets real interesting. You start to see just how Bayek ties into the creed and honestly, it takes a direction you're not expecting and was a very interesting and emotional ending. The story speed is really nice as well. It's not so fast that it takes away from the story, but not so slow that you get irritated playing it. I did get bored a few times when ignoring the main quest and doing side quests. The side quests are not interesting at all lol, but the main quest is wonderful. I did enjoy the mostly open world, finding all the jump spots, hidden tombs, hermit sites, and unmarked locations/Easter eggs. Being able to climb almost everything in the world was really fun as well. I also loved how it tied history and fantasy together. I was already biased in favor of it because I love ancient Egypt and its history, but Origins actually did some research. They actually got the timeline correct for Cleopatra and Caesar, The Library of Alexandria, and much more. I was pretty impressed by the games details to history.
Origins still feels like an assassin's creed game even with the rpg formula and can actually be challenging. Valhalla I literally never have to worry about dying and I played on the highest difficulty. I typically prefer to use stealth but I found myself questioning why I was wasting even more time when I could just run in and tear everyone down by spamming light attacks. The combat also looked too exaggerated or cartoony imo. Social stealth's return was cool but I never used it because of how unnecessary felt. Older games made you use social stealths to get through situations, in V it feels more like it's there just to say it is and to appease older fans. Valhalla had a lot to do and I was sooo into it maybe 20 hours in, but in the end Valhalla made me feel like I wasted my time. After finishing V it made me want to revisit origins and i appreciated origins so much more. I also pretty much picked my weapons of choice first thing in origins and kept them with me the whole game, upgrading them to match my level and selling or dismantling all other gear. It never really posed a problem for me Just a side note, it drives me crazy when people comment that's they're 20 hrs into Valhalla and loving it. That's fine, but I wish people would make it through the game first. Ubisoft continues to be praised for mediocrity

He was the Medjay of Egypt plus a great gladiator everyone knew him so I don't mind that stealth wasn't a high priority for him

The soundtrack is phenomenal. The only issue I’ve seen with it is in the afterlife maps where for some reason some songs are not synchronised properly.

I played origins just before Valhalla, so far I liked origins better.
@@packeylow Odyssey is the best of the 3(imo)
@@user-vipgxpn agree 100% Valhalla's combat took the fun out of it for me
Fuck yeah I've been wanting to see a comment like this. I still play Origins still today and it's still my favourite in the series. Bayeks my man, dude went through hell and made the brotherhood what they are today.
@@ayoo.bruce01 Origins is my fucking favorite in the series too and Bayek's the real GOAT cuz he's the man!!! :D
Agreed
Ubisoft: "it's set in ancient egy-"
Shut up and take all of my money.
What's even more amazing and fascinating about Origins, it is set a good 2000yrs or so After The Old Kemet Kingdom too so imagine if it was set then during its True Golden Age... 😰😰
Nothing beats starting the game walking through that dark ancient tomb, riding your mount to the hilltop of Siwa and the camera pans out to show the little oasis village.
I was damn near shedding small tears when I rode through the desert to Giza and saw the pyramids in their majestic glory.
Plus, I still have nightmares about Shadya 😢
First time I played Origins and dived under water and saw her tied to a rock, drowned, I was heartbroken and just stayed there underwater until I couldn't breath.

Playing Origins on NG+ as fully leveled up with level scaling on is a fantastic run through. Non need to play the side quests but still a bit challenging.
Origins is one of the best games I've played. Easily.
AC Origins is one of the best games I've played. The fact that they've made a crossover game both action based and RPG makes it great. And it is so immersive playing in the ancient Egypt, and going trough historical events and meeting historical characthers there. bro when I got origins it was one of the most hype days of my life, its prolly in my top 3 favourite for AC games
About gameplay: i think that you missed one great change - how game counts activities. In Origins and Od*cough* there are boring repeatable activities assigned to small camps and in Valhalla you "complete" a region which in my opinion is much better. However great video, keep going!

I wish I was as proficient at playing the games as you are. it inspires me to get back at it and give it another honest go, so thank you for that.
I bloody love Origins; it's way up there with AC2 for me. I was so immersed and literally couldn't just leave Origins alone at times. Phenomenal game.
Really phenomenal and fucking amazing game cuz everything about it was perfect from Bayek to Ancient Egypt to the gameplay and the immersion and the DLCs made it even my top 1 favorite AC game ever :D

@@wyattbrasseau2358 I came back to gaming after more than a 10yr long break, and ac2 and brotherhood were the last ac-s then. so now I replayed ac2, and didnt regret, awesome game, main story can be completed in 20 hrs, and has awesome atmoshphere, so continued with brotherhood, but accidently bought origins and just gave it a go for fun, now cant stop. so rich in content and the world is mesmerizing. but I still feel, that the ezio trilogy is replayable, has grown older in a noble way. Origin's environment, Ancient Egypt, is more interesting than Valhalla's
@ImpishDCrealm maybe, it's your opinion. But, most of the games offer environment like Odyssey, with green forests and islands. Imo, origins offered something unseen and new, the ancient Egypt. It's more interesting for me
@ImpishDCrealm fine, man. I'm not arguing

Origins Definitely, it still has the "Assassins game" rather than Valhalla's Rpg game approach..

I also like that Origins cloth actually felt like clothes, blowing along the wind and going where it should be instead of a repeated cycle or straight out glued to your legs/body
I look at it like this
Out of the three RPG AC’s, Origins is the only one I did “New Game+” on.
Origins is leagues above Valhalla in every aspect.

Origins in Ptolemaic Egypt was like playing a movie and something I’ll always remember whereas Valhalla is just a game that goes on forever with a half decent story
I prefer Valhalla myself. Just like the setting better without all that sand, and I like that you don't have to level up with boring side missions like Origins and Odyssey. But I agree with several of your points about Valhalla. Would love to see you do a video on Ghost of Tsushima vs. Valhalla or something like that. I think Ghost outshines all of them.
That’s completely and fair and I respect that. I would definitely do Ghost vs Valhalla but tbh Ghost is 10x better than all the recent AC games😂
@@masterassassin791 Totally agree about Ghost. One of my favorite of all time. One of the few in recent years that I cared enough to go for 100%.
Love ghost but Valhalla is way better. In every way except the flairness in combat was much better to see in ghost. But Valhalla combat is still more fun.
@MasterAssassin GoT is Amazing....BUT NO WAY ITS BETTER THAN Origins, Odyssey or Valhalla...NO WAY !!!
Thank you and yes Valhalla’s story can be extremely filler and boring at times especially since it’s 60-80 hours long it’s just a drag at times

Graphics really changes your mood on Valhalla, great game.
It still origins is better
I was pretty impressed by the games details to history.
i played origins after valhalla and it just feels more fun and "real" for me

It never really posed a problem for me
Just a side note, it drives me crazy when people comment that's they're 20 hrs into Valhalla and loving it. That's fine, but I wish people would make it through the game first. Ubisoft continues to be praised for mediocrity
I still find the game enjoyable and I'm about 90hrs in
