The NUC 11 has support for the Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT), which is sorta like TPM. Theoretically, you shouldn't have any issues with installing Windows 11!

I don't have the PC with me anymore unfortunately, but that said, the audio quality from what I recall is a basic affair, and should be a low-end Realtek audio codec (perhaps the ALC897 - I couldn't physically locate the audio chip on the motherboard to verify without fully disassembling the NUC 11). That said, the NUC 12 Pro should use a similar low-end Realtek audio codec too - from looking at the driver download section for the NUC 12 Pro, Intel's listed Realtek audio drivers...

I do want to buy a nuc or mini pc urgently as current desktop is getting slow, but i do listen to lot of music and basic games ( counter strike 2.0)and don't want to compromise on audio... My current motherboard has realtek 1220a... Any solution you can give? Any mini pc model you can suggest?
I've not had the chance to try Bluestacks with this NUC as I no longer have the PC with me, but if you install sufficient RAM (8GB and above) and a speedy SSD, I think you should do just fine!
I didn't have any issues with WIFI connectivity from what I recall - I tested the NUC in a room that has a wall and about three meters of distance from my router..
Why You didn't show the loading times of various applications and loading time of windows??

I check from intel sites. This is don't support TPM, mean can't install windows 11. Right?
