I wonder what a pizza base using Teff flour would taste like? To keep the crust crunchy, I would leave the toppings on the side and use the base crust like bread to scoop up the toppings.

Hi Ami, I made the sweetcorn ice cream using the vitamix comment another follower posted and it turned out amazing. After blending I put in the freezer and did the mix and refreeze method over a couple of hours. Also made some caramelized pecans using date paste and added those in and it tastes like butter pecan ice cream! Then tried adding your sweet potato chocolate and wow was it delicious. I cant waitvto try that banana split and other recipes. Thank you so much for your creativity and such a breathe of fresh air. I love watching you and the family. Romi is an adorable assistant chef. Hey Ami ! A couple of questions about those dumplings: 1) did you end up coating all of them in polenta or they were ok without ? Also, what temperature and time of cooking did you use ? I always burn stuff in my air fryer. Thank for the inspo !
Do you not eat corn tortillas? The ones I get are just corn meal and preservatives/salt ingredients. You could also make them easily with a tortilla press. Anyways, I love making tacos or taquitos with them. Stuffed with a thick veg/potato mixture and air fry until crispy.

I love your videos. I'm would love to eat the way you eat but I'm currently breastfeeding and baby is dairy, soya, coconut and legume and pea intolerant so trying to muddle through whilst avoiding all these foods. It's a struggle!

Funny how Ami has been vegan since birth, yet has more energy and vibrancy than anyone I've ever watched. What are these mystical vitamins that vegans are lacking in? If you did a little research, or actually knew what you were talking about, you'd find that vegans have way more vitamins and general nutrition than anyone eating the standard American diet.
