Everytime within the first 3 minutes of a workout im already pissed and its directly at her and her happy-for-no-reason smile. I am working out on my own doing upper body but I always come to her for legs and she just destroys me. I am cussing her out this whole workout and sweating like a pig. Thanks for all you do. Workouts so good that I don’t even want to go to the gym any more - can get an effective workout at home ! Fun enough to do that I’m actually motivated and looking forward to them despite the sweat and burn. Thanks !

Great workout! I love your clear explanations and the fact that you write them for us. Adding the "hand under knee" portion taught me I really need to work more on my balance but you made it look so easy. Well done.

This is a quick tough leg session, lateral lunges and pistol squats especially. I've completed this the Saturday before EPIC III starts. Really good to revisit some of Caroline's earlier sessions. Thank you Caroline for your continued dedication to your community 🙏✔️😁
I like to start by bending the knee toward opposite side (r knee to L elbow)…OR I switched to hands and go real slow. Sometimes sub mountain climbers tbh

Hi Melinda. Just finished this workout Saturday before EPIC III starts. Those pistol squats are brutal, I still struggle with them. How this community and Caroline have grown and developed over this year is plain to see. So nice to go back and pick up some of the earlier sessions. Here's to the next 10 weeks 💯👍😊👋

Perfect for an “active rest day”. Not too extreme, yet a great warm up for those muscles to start the day. Those pistol squats! Practice makes perfect, (well, maybe not “perfect” but “better”)
Every time I try to finish this workout I just can not!! Well I do this one after another killer workout so maybe I’ll try this alone and see if I can finish. This is definitely a killer.
