Dragon Ball Sparking Zero has revealed a ton of new games mode including the ALL NEW Custom battle mode and the returning What If Sagas between 8 playable characters in the full story all the way from Original Dragon Ball to the end of Dragon Ball Super!

Where is that trapped in time chamber idea coming from, seeing a lot of people say it, i dont think it would be in the game at all

Oh yeah, for sure. Like of course there will still be people playing it, but let's be honest, the main reason we were excited for Xenoverse was because there wasn't a new Tenkaichi game yet ^^

Also kid Gohan's sword too from when piccolo gave him Goku's clothes with the demon symbol and the sword.maybe even krillin with a sword when he almost killed Vegeta during Saiyan saga. Og yamcha and launch would be cool since both use rocket launchers, yamcha using his sword and launch with her AK. Trunks and Gohan with Z sword will be a good costume and asset to add to their slots

i would replace gotenks with bardock. bardock has SOO much what if potential.
Fusions don't count as singular characters, Budokai Tenkaichi lets you choose to have two characters you chose fuse during battle

It would be by far my favorite what-if story.
The possibilities will be endless if the devs give us access to create our own battles! I'm so freaking excited!

I feel like a little what if that isn't that out there that should be included for the Buu saga is "what if Vegeta didn't cheap shot Goku, and they jumped Buu"

I wonder how this will work. Like can you make voiced cutscenes somehow? Animate them? obviously limited to in game animations. How in depth will this be? If they actually do all that stuff it'd be CRAZY

Tine traveler here, just wanna let everyone in on some information everyone might not know when the game comes so you can be prepaired this upcoming october 11th!
After picking the romance option for final form freiza during exploding namek, and successfully escaping exploding namek together, goku's "Charisma" statistic will reach a point to where goku can do far more courageous actions than in the original story to the point to where you can do more courageous actions during dialogue options and in fights specifically such as the Secret Dialogue option during the majin vegeta arc in the buu saga where you can kiss vegeta on the lips to break Vegeta curse
After persuading Korin to give you 3 extra sensu beans, during the cell saga, you have the option to toss sensu beans at the cell in order to refill his full HP in a fight. As we know, this happened in the Original series, but here's what most people miss
Upon beating cell as goku, and giving him a sensu bean before hes about to lose 3 times, it builds cells admiration meter to full, enabling you to recruit perfect cell to your party (this is important because it unlocks the 7th saiyan required for the "True Super saiyan ritual" in order to actually Kill Beerus)
However, i do want to warn people that upon missing in the mini game where you throw sensu beans at cell while avoiding gohan, if gohan eats the sensu bean, it is counted as a timespace anomaly and you have to fight every time patroller and time breaker bardock in a gauntlet style at your current level during the cell saga, this also auto saves your game, so if you dont have save files before missing, your in for a rough time, so watch out for that.

I know that this won’t happen but I kinda hope that there will be a dlc that includes What Ifs, characters, and character forms that were made by RUclipsrs like Masakox, Salad, or Smug.

This custom story thing really reminds me of Budokai 3 I also heard the characters are getting their own campaigns like Budokai 3. If this is true I really hope we can play from the villains point of view like Budokai 3 wanted to do
This is going to be one of those things where every RUclipsr blows it out of proportion until we have full details. For all we know “create your own story” gives you as much freedom as “go alone” or “go with piccolo” we don’t have confirmation on a free create mode so don’t go advertising that
No, I think that "Go alone / with Piccolo" part is mentioned in a different part of the advertisement materials ("read the 'Blaze a new path' part just before custom battles"). This custom battle thing is something different and it looks like it means custom scenarios of some sort. Besides, it says you can share them online.
@@neoshenlong I just wouldn’t think that deep on them, they would have to program every Individual scenario themselves. Not like you can make “what if Jiren was in the saiyan saga” and there’s magically a cutscene, so I stand by the limited options they give you are the ones they’re referring to as the new story
Heres my what if story. Beast gohan vs black goku and after that gohan will fused with future trunk (gohunks) to fight fused zamasu.
Personally, I'd rather have a What-if scenario of Trunks and the Saiyans stopping Goku Black and Future Zamasu from fusing with the Potara earrings. Otherwise, Trunks's timeline would still end up corrupted and then get erased by Zeno, making the whole reason to save everyone in that future completely pointless. I'm not going through that shit ending. Never again.
So can anyone, here explain if in any of these modes we can pick our characters from the select screen and play each other?

Ngl Raditz and Full Power Jiren look really bad. Model wise. I hope they re work them! Raditz' face looks way to young and overall just off... And Jiren doesn't look like Jiren. Atleast not in his Full Power state. Those 2 huge veins on his head are off aswell... I love this game and am super hyped don't get me wrong. But those 2 in particular look very bad. Not to mention some of the story cutscenes looking stiff. But that's probably cuz we can use them to create our own stuff so it might look a bit off.
