I, generally, use a ratcheting, interchangeable regular-sized screwdriver for the initial loosening of screws. Here's a link to the brand I use:

Get some additional, varying sizes Flathead and Phillips bits while you're at it.
The adjustable wrenches I use (instead of hex nut wrenches) are Husky, but these (with the red insert) work very well... 6-inch will be used the most:

Have you ever had any issues with the Clutch lever being stuck. Mine has been acting up I can lower the lever to release the line, but it doesn't go back up automatically when I start reeling it back in. Do you know what could be causing that problem.
Thanks for watching. Chances are, it's just built up crud and dried stuff in the channel the thumb bar rides in and/or around the clutch and trip mechanism inside. You'll need to open it up and clean and relube those areas. The other thing you can check is the spring on the arm that controls the clutch to make sure it's not damaged/broken, as well as the ratchet under the main gear and the corresponding trigger arm on the thumb bar post. Hope this helps. If you're still experiencing the issue after cleaning and checking for broken parts, take it to your local tackle/repair shop.

Thanks for checking out the video. Yes, lack of service. You can service it yourself if you feel comfortable, or take it to your local repair shop.
Why didn't you take the drive shaft out to look at the bearing underneath? That one usually rust or pits easy. Also why don't you let the bearings soak in alcohol or acetone before adding oil since it helps degrease and dries quickly?

@@NOturtle I'm sorry If my comment made your comment seem like it was negative (even if it were)... that was not the intent... it was simply to point out that because you gave reasons why you think those things should have been done, there's nothing to say to change your mind because you already have your mind made up. It was a basic service (and the shaft felt fine), so breaking down the shaft would not be a part of it, akin to me not breaking down the levelwind assembly. Unless I'm refurbishing a bearing, I'm not soaking it in a solvent or ultrasonic cleaning it (see my video on how to refurbish bearings). Thanks again.

Is there a reason for using 2 different types grease? Blue for the gears and the cals for the washer

Cal's is lighter than Penn's and less sticky. It's easier to spread around on a drag washer.
How much drag pressure does this reel put out ? The one i have puts out very little even at Max drag setting

@@TSGReelService its rated for 13.2 lbs at Max. Mine only puts out maybe 6 or 7lbs at Max
Are you saying that after you serviced your reel, your max drag is less, or you haven't serviced it yet and you're trying to figure out what it could be before opening it up?

@@offtherocks8088 the issue will most likely be around your drag washers.... you'll notice what it is right away if you open it up. If not, take it to your local repair shop.
bro, can you help me with my machine. i dont know whats the problem. when i crank it , it feel quite heavy. i cant even crank it smoothly try to change and check all the bearing but still the same😭🙏🏼
Thanks for watching! This one can be a little tricky without looking at it. If you've already changed the load bearing bearings, it could be your pawl/worm are worn/damaged. It could also be your shaft, spool or frame is bent (non of which are always easy to determine). I'd recommend you take it to your local repair shop for them to look at it.

What determines where you use grease vs where you use oil?
Thanks for watching! Locale and use are more of a determining factor for me. If you live in the Midwest..... more oil and less grease will suffice. If you live on the East or West coast, I'd go with grease in more places, even if it's a freshwater reel..... wind will carry the salt air in many miles!
As a general rule, if you want the protection to stay put, use grease.
