Good Morning RUclips! FWIW I warmed the milk to room temp before adding it to the glass saucepan. Cold and hot glass BAD. I love those Robinson saucepans but they slide around like heck on the wire grids. Probably more stable on gas stoves? grrrr
Love those crouton sticks! This one is going onto my emergency food list. I always have a couple of cans of tomato paste on hand and 1/2-1/2 for coffee.
Ha! I'm with you on the 1/2 & 1/2! It'a all I put in my coffee :)
I love this channel! I've made this recipe! It's very good.
Awwee I'm glad! Having leftovers today with grilled cheese. It's eight thirty am an I want lunch now! :)
Nice old school way to open a can of tomato paste my old school Itl dad taught me that!! rock on
Right? I have a few videos where I dig the spoon in the can. I was schooled in the comments and it is the only way to open tomato paste! :)
Awww that brings back so many memories for me , my mama made that for us all the time when I was little. I can’t make it because I would be the only one eating it sadly. Looks delicious Xeta. More salt more pepper and maybe a touch more sugar takes that acid taste out. I didn’t see how much sugar you used. Thanks for posting such sweet memories.❤
Wonderful story debbie! It was Campbell's with milk my Father loved. I hated it as a child. I put 1/2 a tsp. sugar. I don't know why I went light on the seasoning (confused emoji)
Simple and nice! I'd certainly try it.
Good morning Tucker :) I'm thinking since many use celery and onion, maybe a tbsp. of each grated with equal parts paste and sauce? Take it up a notch ;)
Hi ! Your cream of tomato soup with the crouton stick ! Looks delicious! Have you tried putting fresh basil in a jar of water in the refrigerator? That could help the basil last longer !!
Thanks for the tip! I haven't tried the fridge yet. Sadly. I will next time.
