Youre an artist! Ive cooked for my family my entire life, first helping Mom, then cooking for my family. I also worked at a lunch counter in a well known chain store. Once I took over the snack counter and word got out that it was now clean and I produced tasty food, business blew up! They had to take on more help. I appreciate your neatness in the kitchen. I work at a assisted living center and the breakfast setup I have is very similar to this except it’s servers coming in with orders from residents You have taught me to stay calm, take my time and just go with the flow.
Any breakfast eatery that plays Depeche Mode over the sound system has my approval. I don't care what the food tastes like; I trust the cooks in any restaurant that knows good tunes.

This takes me back. I used to own a cafe and did this job six days a week. I never made poached eggs, though. Life is too short to cook poached eggs, and it was always far too busy to bother with them. This looks like a very leisurely day. I used to get orders for ten or fifteen full English breakfasts at once. It was very hard work.
Poached egg is the best tasting by far. I crack four eggs into my poaching machine. 3 minutes then it's done, then I have another four. Work smart, not hard.
Watching everyone's minimalist orders makes me realise how much of a fat fuck I am by ordering 3 sausages, 4 bacons, 2 hash browns, 2 sunny side eggs and baked beans as my go-to order!

Within 1 minute, I could tell you were an old school trained cook. How ?!?! Because, HOT FOOD=HOT PLATES !! I was taught that a long time ago when I 1st started cooking. Glad to see someone else move those COLD plates near the heat. Nothing a customer likes better than getting their hands a lil' warm when they pick up their plate. Way to teach these youngsters proper service!
