I really dont understand what it is about your videos that I enjoy so much. Having worked in a fast paced line cook job, I experienced some intense pressure and lost a bit of joy for cooking. Thanks for reminding that the food service industry can be mentally rewarding too!
Yes, I've been there too, I've seen many people break under pressure in my previous jobs. This is probably the easiest job I've ever had, and definitely changed the way I think about catering. I love to build relationships with the customers, something I haven't had in more professional kitchens where I never had contact with the patrons 👌😀👍

It seems that your griddle is unlevel. The eggs slide toward the back. Maybe you should raise the back feet slightly to adjust it. It wouldn't take a moment, tomorrow before you preheat it. Thanks for posting all of these videos. we really enjoy them.
As an American, I must say I don't understand why pork-n-beans is served at breakfast, but at the same time, I went and bought a can so I can try the full English breakfast thing. Just because I dont understand it, doesn't mean that I'm not willing to try it

I will have 3 pieces of buttered toast, beans on top, 3 eggs over easy on top, 3 hash browns, 5 rashers of bacon and 5 sausages, a tall glass of OJ and as much coffee as is legally allowed,...please =)
If you want over easy eggs, as the under side is frying, put one of your metal bowls over the egg and add a little water to crest steam. It also word on sunny side up.
Is the grill new or the same but restored? It seems to have a lot more height to it, closer to the glass! Also seems a little off level, no? Should tilt it more forward so all the grease over time will slide to the trap
Just a quick question please, when i fry egg, the top seems to stay raw lol then i have to flip and it becomes not as classic as the fried egg you make. What am i doing wrong?

Yes...the old griddle was level. This is a new one and I noticed it aswell. The New one isn't 100% level or it doesn't look level to me....
