Diego Guillen Albaiceta there is no combination of 1's and 2's that equal 9999 and 246. What I'm saying is that the 1's are actually less than 1 and it's estimated to 1.

My calculator says in order to hit 9999 times and only do 246 damage, each hit is dealing 0.02460246024602460246024602460246 damage (or 0.0246 to avoid looking at that dumb infinitely repeating decimal)

Gengar is cackling because he knows he has the most powerful burst attack when it comes to damage output

*BLASTOISE - 241 damage* (tied with Charizard)

Note: i assume all these were tested on Lucario (obviously), without added Skill Points, and without any prior attack boosts on them (Darkrai's Dark Void counts as a prior boost, as it's not part of the Burst Attack alone)

Gengar in 1st was unexpected but I'm really happy since he's my favorite Pokemon
I always wondered why that did so much damage, didn't know it was the strongest
Everyone is fighting for their lives and Braixen is like: MYA MYAAAA!
I like how Chandelure literally steals the opponents soul and then destroys it, but it only does mid tier damage
So basically Chandelure is a villain from Soul Eater, or Bleach due to eating the unlucky victim's soul make sense.

I don't mind the damage, I really just mind how awesome the Burst Attack looks. My faves are Scizor, Shadow Mewtwo, Gengar, Decidueye, Charizard, Machamp and Garchomp.

Well he is the only one where his burst attack can always break through a block at the end.

I *THOUGHT* Gengar's Burst Attack did a bit much during that Daily Challenge...as a Darkrai main, I wasn't expecting it to end it like that. Actually caught me a bit off guard, I was like, "wait, WUT?"
Is it disappointing to see darkrai so low, not to mention draw with croagunk?
@@michaelkowal3230 Nah, feel like it's compensated by how easy it is to land, especially raw for full power. Remember that combos allow confirms but also nerf/scale damage; and did you know while Bad Dreams is on, Darkrai becomes intangible and cannot be interrupted while initiating Infinite Eclipse?

It reaches 252 meaning it ties with machamp for third
I'd like to put a little asterisk on Darkrai's placement. His Synergy Burst attack is powered up in Bad Dreams Rising (The thing he does with Dark Void in Duel Phase).
But why beat up lucario?

If Darkrai has that nightmare effect active his burst attack gets enhanced to be in the upper regions of this tier list though.
Actually there are two versions of Darkrai’s synergy attack. If Darkrai uses his during bad dreams rising mode, the synergy attack does a lot more damage.

you can out burst his burst with literally anyone on reaction, counter pierce it with a normal move free, grab it for crit, block it, jump over it, its not super long range, it has HORRIBLE combo scaling and is regarded as the worst burst in the game due to being insanely unsafe to even use
Well, suicune has a lot of startup frames when using theirs. So it is very punishable.

Darkrai's burst in Nightmare mode is tied with Machamp's for being third strongest. His burst is also invincible from Frame 1 of the animation when in Nightmare.

The thing about Empoleon is you can block his super. The devs said it's a command grab.
Obviously, the Power-type Pokemon have the most powerful synergy Burst moves. Especially Garchomp, it does a ridiculous amount of damage! Also, it varies by the Pokemon's Skill Allocation.
Gengar is technical tho
Use darkrais burst attack under Bad dreams rising and you have 252 at least. Hold X and you get a defense, attack or defense AND attack boost with that it goes up to 272
We’re talking about burst alone. Any boost doesn’t count.
Chandelure's burst attack is scary if you think about it, it literally extinguishes a part of the opponents soul
interesting, still, mega scizor burst attack is N°1 on my tier as the most BADASS burst of all

Pretty good.I often use empoleon and charirzard but sometimes i used garchomp
So my favorite pokemon and pseudolegendary have the strongest burst attacks in the game…I’m so proud of them!
Precisions : empoleon’s and gengar’s burst attack beat shield, but can’t touch airborne opponents
Gengar and Charizard can combo their burst attack after their command grab
Chandelure give two debuffs to the opponent after a burst attack
Pikachu libre enhance herself after a burst attack
Gardevoir’s burst attack is a projectile but the animation that does the damage only activates if done point blank
If you finish a combo with a burst attack, the longer the combo is, the weaker the burst attack will be
Braixen grab has enormous range and can be used as a projectile, the full attack will always trigger unlike gardevoir
Croagunk, charizard and decidueye’s burst attack’s can be used in the air
Croagunk’s burst attack causes a debuff to the opponent
Decidueye’s burst attack prevent the opponent from calling a support for a bit
Blaziken’s burst attack grants him a buff
Lucario and gengar are much stronger in burst mode and gengar even turns into a new character

I don't like how you call it a tier list. Sure it shows in order which Burst Attack deals the most damage but it alone doesn't tell which one is the best. For example, Shadow Mewtwos BA seems to be super strong on paper but it is not quite as good as it seems on first glance: it is super punishable on block unlike other burst attacks so basically if your opponent blocks it they can go to make coffee while you are still recovering from the attack and then hit you with whatever move they want. Damage isn't everything on these moves.
Decidueyes burst attack on the other hand is positive on block so you can usually use it without a worry unlike in Shadow Mewtwos case.

This is tier about the strongest sync burst, not the best
In case you all are wondering, Blastoise's does 241, tying with Charizard, and Aegislash's does 220, tying with Empoleon and Chandelure.
With Jirachi is really fun to make burst attacks stronger, gengar does 329 damage with burst if you have Jirachi boost

I find it funny how the range in damage of burst attacks isn’t even 100 between strongest and weakest and doesn’t even vary too much overall.
No Lucario was harmed during this video.
I’ve done way more with libre’s burst. maybe because I was being boosted (I don’t know what it is called but when you get a certain amount of strong hits off you get boosted and deal more damage)

Zards burst attack is kinda awkward. Against smaller opponents like Lucario it only does 241. Against large opponents like Chomp it does 251. Zard is either #7 or #4 on this list
