considering it's been nearly a year since this upload, yeah. i'd say so.
im sad
So I was curious too as I like Alex's videos here and did some stalking on his Twitter. I didn't find any confirmation that the channel is dead, but it seems he had a kid roughly a year ago so I'm guessing that has absorbed most of the extra free time and focus he was using to make videos for this channel. I hope once his son gets older he can maybe find the time to start doing these again.
