One of my kids is playing a Cleric at the moment. He finds the array of spell choice bewildering and a massive wall of text for each description really intimidating. These will REALLY help him pick different spells to prepare quickly and easily.
They also did a deck of many animated things (so the deck of many things but then animated like the spells)! The art was done by Kami (@karekareo on twitter), who also did the d&d beyond intro animation among many other awesome artpieces. She's truly awesome and the art is beyond stunning. You should definitely pre-order that one as well!
With only going to level 5 and not able to choose what ones you want makes the cost point not worth it. You also only get what is available on the open game licenses you do not get every spell. They are very cool but Gale Force 9 beats them on the price for the content you get.

The word you're looking for is "Lenticular" I kickstarted the cantrips and I can't WAIT to get my cards. Eldritch blast all day long.
That IS the word im looking for! Thanks! I hope they one day complete the set of spell levels. I want zem all.
This is amazing! Thank you for reviewing this. My DM is now drooling over my shoulder while we watch those animations!
The back of the Acid Splash card says Acid Spalsh at the top, that's unfortunate. They look fantastic though.
I backed the Kickstarter for their Deck of Many Things and can't wait until it ships!
The wait is dreadful i know.
These look awesome! Especially the conditions seem useful.
YOU get a reference card! And YOU get a reference card! And YOU and YOU!
Thank you sir!

Dude, those spell cards... I MUST have them.
Hit that pre-order!
Does the deck of many include spells from xanathar's guide?
Are they easy to read? I have bad eyesight?
