Great review and where is Grady! I have not seen him in a while. :) Dogmight products are overpriced and their customer service is almost non-existent in my opinion.
Dogmite's products are highly overrated. Starting with their customer service, which was a dumpster fire. They lost my order for over a month and then were rude to me in emails when I inquired about what happened. Somehow it was my fault they lost my order. When I finally got my screen, it was woefully disappointing. While the wood carving was gorgeous, everything else felt cheap and flimsy. Magnets popped out as soon I opened it, the plexiglass was completely scratched looking terrible, and other accessories felt like they were carved out of really cheap wood. Also, the magnets are incredibly weak and the screen falls apart really easily. This also makes setting it up incredibly frustrating. Easily some of the most buyer's remorse I've ever had from a gaming product. Caveat emptor with this company...
