      100%. I wish I could see them again. The one and only time I saw them was before I started listening to them, so I know I'd enjoy it even more now.

      They are in regular rotation in my Friday night drinking by the firepit playlist. I think they are underrated. Every song on that Fever In Fever Out CD is solid. The crazy thing is, that 27 or 28 years flew by in the wink of an eye. Let that be a lesson to you whipper snappers. hehe

    As a bass player myself. Im so impressed ( and jealous) that she could performs those vocals , the raps and all while laying down that bass line in perfect rhythm and time. So good.

      A band I was in did a tour with these in 1997 in the states..about 40 shows main band was live.. really nice people..was saddened to hear of Viv's passing earlier this year 😢

    everything about this band is 90s and I love it. Makes me miss high school in a real bad way. that keyboardist, wow! dont waste your youth kids, one day youre gonna wake up 40 wondering where the past 20 years went.

      Yeah, first drummer of the Beastie Boys, then onto Luscious Jackson, but I know she was apart of a ton more bands. Talk about being a piece if living history. She's freaking amazing.

    That drummer is Kate Schellenbach, original drummer for the punk band -turned hip hop band Beastie Boys. One of the funkiest beats of the 90s!

    It's interesting reading other folk's comments on here.
    Starting back in the 90s, I would crank up the volume whenever this song came on the radio. I remember thinking back then - as I still do now - what really makes this tune rock is the drums.

    I’ve always respected bass players who can sing. You have to hold down the groove and belt out the tune at the same time. Not easy . Plus, she was hot too. 😍

    I got to tell you listening to this album this was on, Fever In Fever Out, and Daughters of the Chaos. This band was solid. They were so much better than they ever got credit for. If they were ever touring near me I would see them in a heartbeat.

      Check out Digital Bath by Deftones, second track from White Pony.....
      It's tweaked up the way drums are in military marching bands 😉

    Sometimes, out of nowhere, I need to drop everything and listen to this song. Saw them in the 90s in Montreal open for the Breeders (other legends). I thought they were so cool and New York-y. Hate to sound old but I miss the time when you weren't surprised that a band could really play.

      Veruca Salt.. great guitar band fronted by female guitarist/vocalists.
      Lush. The same.
      HEART... those fabulous Wilson sisters.
      The Runaways.
      The Donnas.
      There are others that people will add to the list like L7, Belly, the Breeders, etc. plus all the solo artists like Ford and Benatar. All great. Also I would recommend the Go-Gos from their punk days before they went pop.
