Apple seeds also have cyanide, & sometimes get ground up in applesauce, so I guess you better not eat applesauce either. I don't know anything about sucralose, but his other points are nonsense.
I love Celsius! I’m a healthy 39 year old female. I had never had one and never drink energy drinks but began drinking one per day in August 2024 as my friend said it can boost metabolism. Three months later I received alarming bloodwork that was previously normal (as of spring 2024). My ALT SER PI QN was high! It was 61 U/L when it had previously been 21U/L. My doctor recommended I stop drinking Celsius and drink plenty of water. My 6 week follow up lab work now shows 11 U/L! This seems to be irrefutable evidence that Celsius was causing this liver enzyme to rise. This enzyme usually indicates liver damage. I’m so grateful we caught this early before liver damage occurred!
It's been 7 days since I quit drinking Celsius. I was addicted and drinking at least one, maybe two a day. I wanted to let go of all caffine, and the majoroty of my caffine consumption was coming from this drink. I was always tired and the energy drink did give me a boost of energy, but at the expense of feeling like shit afterwards. Now others may have a different expereince, but since stopping drinking this, my energy levels have come down to baseline and I am sleeping better. The first week without Celsius was hell, but after about 7-8 days things started to get better again.

I just drank one out of desperation. I have no energy and need to get work done. What would you recommend besides Celsius. I am trying to find a healthy energy drink.
I had two in one week several days apart with both in the morning and the drink causes bad head aches. I'm active and healthy. The drinks and different flavors taste so good but a three day headache is not worth it. I’m going to give away what I have in the fridge and go back to living life headache free. Would be very curious to know what's causing the head aches from this.

Realistically , these aren’t terrible reasons . I mean yeah if you wanna live a PERFECT life and want to eat and drink “all the right things “ then don’t drink it . But on the other side of the coin , if you drink it early in the day , only one can , and not have to much caffeine throughout the rest of the day , you’ll be fine . And in my experience , this drink really gives me a solid kick of energy at the gym . Now I don’t drink these every single day , mainly on days where I feel lazy or weaker or unmotivated . These drinks usually give me that extra boost in the gym on rough days . So in that context these are perfectly fine . As a source of energy , or to replace your coffee. Really no big negative side effects to these drinks tbh
My doctor told me that as long as I'm under 400 mg of caffeine a day, I'm good. I drink one of these a few times a week and I'm ok. I don't even go as to drink 2 of these and everyday; I'll only have one the days I'm trying to accomplish things such as cleaning or organizing and it does help me get through those days; otherwise I'll drink iced coffee as a treat or sweet tea. I'm good and everyone is different for how this affects their body. Monster energy drinks are worse for you as it contains more unhealthy ingredients than celsius, but to each their own! Also as a mom of a 9 year old boy with Autism who has a lot of energy on the weekends and days off of school, drinking one of these is very helpful lol!
1. Don't drink more than 2 a day. Really, one a day should be sufficient. Sucralose is used in such minute quantities in this product . Also, don't confuse it with Splenda, because it's not. The pure form of sucralose is different. if you're still worried about your gut, then eat some fermented foods, like saurkraut or kimchi. Of course, everyone is different but I do not crave sweet things after drinking or eating items with sweeteners that aren't sugar. Not to mention this contains chromium which helps suppress your hunger anyways. 2. Don't be stupid and drink a beverage that equates to two cups of coffee in the evening. Limit it to the afternoon. Though I will say it has the opposite effect on me. 3. So what? At least you get something and you should not depend on this to be your multivitamin for the day. This drink would be insanely expensive if they used the higher quality vitamins. I mean, heck, most drinks don't even have this much to them. It has a lot more good stuff in it than just the vitamins.
They work fine for me, I also have been burning a lot more fat from workouts.. I workout 3-4 times per week intense with personal trainer.. I’m not big to begin with so the last bit of stubborn fat started to seem like it would never come off..I have been getting stronger but physical results were not matching up with the work I had been putting in..I’ve been drinking Celsius for under a month and I am already seeing better results. I’ve never tried an energy drink prior to trying Celsius.. I have no complaints and I wish I had been using this energy drink
These reasons aren’t that great. 1. Can it lead to overeating? Sure. That being said dude to it’s caffeine and some other ingredients it can also reduce hunger for longer durations of time. 2. 200 mg of caffeine is well within the healthy range for adults (400mg is the maximum healthy amount for most adults) while I agree you shouldn’t drink them in the evening to avoid affecting your sleep quality, drinking them in the morning or early afternoon wouldn’t have an affect on that. 3. Lastly having minuscule contents of the vitamins. I agree. They don’t even hit the clinical dose for an adult. That being said. Nobody drinks these things to get their source of vitamins. 99% of people who drink these are doing it for an energy boost and it does a great job of that.
I agree! Caffeine suppresses my appetite better than any other suppressant I’ve tried… I’ve lost 50 lbs so far since May and reversed my prediabetes… I’m so far so good and my heart still kicking 😅

The individual in this video is not a real doctor. He sells online courses. He calls himself a "doctor of naturopathy," meaning he never went to medical school.
2 cups of coffee is not a lot to ingest. Why are you saying 2 cups of coffee is bad for you when there is so many findings that coffee is good for you in moderation. Not a whole pot or two but 2 cups is only 16oz at the most. Can you explain why this is so bad for someone
This man said naturopathic and I tuned out lmao Upper daily dose is around 450 mgs of caff. 200 mgs is around 2 cups of coffee but you shouldn’t be drinking the can at 7 pm anyway, nor would you drink coffee at 7 pm or in the afternoon Next, yes it contains B vitamins, most are peed out, drink in moderation and don’t overdo it.
The artificial sweetner argument is bonk my guy It *can* cause in certain people to overeat due to cravings but in other cases it prevents others to stop due to scratching that sweet tooth itch As for the caffine 1. Its an energy drink meant for working out (it says on the can) and 2. The caffine is slow releasing green tea extract not exactly the same caffeine you find in stay awake pills Overall this is a bad review my guy the only good thing was the vitamins part
Celsius is astronomically better for you than a Red Bull or monster. It’s really not that bad of a drink to have. Especially with the extracts that it contains.

Caffeine supressed appetite better than artificial sweetners make you wanna, "over eat" lol
I agree! Caffeine suppresses my appetite better than any other suppressant I’ve tried… I’ve lost 50 lbs so far since May and reversed my prediabetes… I’m so far so good and my heart still kicking 😅
here's a good video idea: 3 reasons not to listen to someone on the internet just because they claim to be a doctor and wear scrubs (also this is an uneducated comment so as always do your own research)
Celsius was just introduced to me yesterday, the apple flavored one although I hate artificial sweeteners I thought it was a good option for me since I have IR it is a bummer. Please recommend me a better alternative to an this energy drink
The individual in this video is not a real doctor. He sells online courses. He calls himself a "doctor of naturopathy," meaning he never went to medical school.
Says the doctor wearing artificial dyes it’s more natural to not wear cloths. Cloths also contain parabans
Don't drink this it has caffeine. My guy that's literally the point. 😂
2 cups of coffee is not a lot to ingest. Why are you saying 2 cups of coffee is bad for you when there is so many findings that coffee is good for you in moderation. Not a whole pot or two but 2 cups is only 16oz at the most. Can you explain why this is so bad for someone
This man said naturopathic and I tuned out lmao
Upper daily dose is around 450 mgs of caff. 200 mgs is around 2 cups of coffee but you shouldn’t be drinking the can at 7 pm anyway, nor would you drink coffee at 7 pm or in the afternoon
Next, yes it contains B vitamins, most are peed out, drink in moderation and don’t overdo it.
I don’t want anything that negatively affects my microbiology 😢
Thanks doc
It’s different for everyone. I actually eat less when taking one a day. Have self control
This is the healthiest energy drink and I disagree with everything you said
Ya I’m sure your a dr and I guarantee you can’t even name 5 reasons it’s the healthiest energy drink it’s always the “smart” ppl that comment this
Awesome video. I don't drink Celsius because of the artificial sweetener. Only like natural and clean energy drinks and it's expensive
Are you Persian by chance?
Do one on FitAid
Is 200mg a lot? When I’m working I usually have between 5-700mg
So the b12 is being taken from foam from sewage treatment plants???
I’ve drank about all the flavors they have and already got sick of em. Next time I drink one it’ll probably be a new flavor.
The artificial sweetner argument is bonk my guy
It *can* cause in certain people to overeat due to cravings but in other cases it prevents others to stop due to scratching that sweet tooth itch
As for the caffine 1. Its an energy drink meant for working out (it says on the can) and 2. The caffine is slow releasing green tea extract not exactly the same caffeine you find in stay awake pills
Overall this is a bad review my guy the only good thing was the vitamins part
Finally someone else not flipping out over nothing. 👍
bro literally described every consumption product that exists. wait until he discovers what processed food is.
WE DRINKIN CYANIDE WITH THIS ONE 🔥🗣️
What’s your thoughts on gorilla mind energy drink? I know it uses artificial sugars but it has the bioavailable versions of vitamins
The funny thing is i had two of these and I eat 2 waffles with syrup and whipped cream a bowl of cerial and a hershie bar
Doc would freak out how many shots of espresso I like in my iced coffee
Thank you
Celsius is astronomically better for you than a Red Bull or monster. It’s really not that bad of a drink to have. Especially with the extracts that it contains.
Which healthy energy drink would you recommend?
I recommend going to A whole food market michu Picchu is a good organic energy zero sugar and classic zero sugar has no sugar the classic has cane sugar organic michu Picchu!!
He won't. He's not a real doctor, he's just some dude selling online courses.
Pretty sure the study that discusses artificial sweeteners disrupting the stomachs bacteria only mentions saccharin
"don't drink this especially if your su-"
Big Celsius got em' at the end.
