@@ddesmarais7251 Ok if we lower it down to players that have been in the final five four times we only get 3 out of 19 players them being Scott, (with a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th) Pearl (with 4th, 1st, 4th, and 2nd) and Impulse (with placements of 5th, 5th, 2nd, and 5th) Pearl is also one of only five players to get to the final episode of every season along with Grian, Scott, Martyn and Etho (though I guess you could attribute the smaller size of this group to Last Life as it had the least amount of players reach the final episode in eight)
I like how Scar's bucket clutch was included. I like how when that happened, Etho immediately backed up and started sheilding. Like "Oh God, what else might he be capable of doing"

This is rare for me, but I got that excitement where I literally squealed from looking at some of the frames. The angles, the expressions, the timing, and not to mention the Scar/Pearl centralization. This is the whole package deal.
this was absolutely STUNNING, i had my jaw on the floor the entire time from how well you matched the scenes to the music and from all the little creative elements you used to tell the Pearl and Scar's stories. Seriously incredible work, you earned a new sub :D

This is definitely one of my top 3 favorite Life animatics of all time. The shot with Etho and Joel standing above Pearl was *chef's kiss.* And that scene where Grain gives Scar a hug after he killed Martyn was so heartwarming
This is so good! The song and lyric choice for each frame is phenomenal. I think "Spare the sympathy" for Scar and Pearl is PERFECT because they are out here upset about their partners but they're not the type to just sit around and watch it fall apart. My favorite part was when Scar and Pearl were in the snow together. Scar was angry presumably because he found out about the secret soulmates thing and Pearl is smiling and happy to be there for Scar because she knows how it feels to not be wanted by your soulbound.
I'm always amazed how animators draw these amazing characters whose faces one can somehow instantly recognize, even when Minecraft characters are just blocks... I love this!
The detail of Pearl’s heavy breathing near the end, absolutely beautiful transitions, they did have such a lovely narrative juxtaposition 👏👏 incredible job
I LOOOVE how every draws the reds as black figures with red eyes and marking and stuff, it looks so cool. Really shows what red means in the series, they basically turn evil once they're red
That was actually pretty good i loved it. i wish scar and pearl had teamed up, it would've been an unhinged pair, given that both had their hearts broken by their partner going off with someone else. Loved the animatic! You made it work so well :D

How have I not seen this yet! Its amazing! Not just the art style and cinematic angels, bit also telling the grian/scar story as it was, instead of making it out to be just the second coming of the desert duo. a story of heartbreak, and brief reconciliation, before heartbreak once again.
I love how the visuals portray the perspective of the characters it’s following Like for scar Grian starts out looking nice and slowly just turns into a distant blob, then comes back when they make up. and for pearl Scott looks friendly and Cleo looks evil because in pearls mind, Cleo stole Scott, and she still likes him even tho he left her. And then anyone who doesn’t play a role in someone’s main plot line is just a colored heart because in the life series all that matters is how many lives a given person has.
