Dr. Nina please help. I have been having really bad face breakouts even around my neck and my ears and I don't know what to do anymore. I am super self conscious about it and hate the scabs and scars that are covering my face from past breakouts. I would really appreciate anything that may help me at all. Thanks so much for sharing everything you do!

I should’ve began a daily skincare routine a decade ago. No one has ever taught me the importance of doing so. So, I thank you for taking the time to make this helpful video! Your advice and way of explaining is really great. I care about my skin as much as my life. Because the structure of my skin is different and does not accept every product. Or rather, it doesn't work. However, I would like to point out one thing that I bought a cream called RWLMAX cream 3 months ago. It really cleared up the dry layer on my skin and the acne I was uncomfortable with in a really quick time. I really couldn't believe it. I really recommend you to try it. Because it works!

My dermatologist recommended cetpahil gentle cleanser and cerva on facial moisturizer as a daily moisturizer...my face looks to much better! I use clindamycin wipes two times a day and tretinoin cream once a night
I know a lot of youtubers have experience “the purge” while using tretinoin...this happens only if you use a lot of the product and use it so often.
I notice many do not use a pea size due to the product being so powerful. I have not experienced the purging stage because I use to product properly and I use a gentle cleaner/ moisturizer.

I've always wanted a nice healthy skin care routine so just so I'm understanding correctly the steps are:
    1. Wipe
    2. Wash
    3. Toner
    4. Moisturize
Then 2 times a week scrub with the face brush as step 2?

All of these recommendations are really helpful!! But I should warn you about micellar water in the eyes, the oil in the micellar water can damage your natural protective oil on your eyelid and your inner eyelid!! As someone who used to do that, my eyes became dry and my eyes swelled up to the point where half of my eyelid was completely red. I highly encourage to use a warm compress to remove eye makeup and follow that with a safe cleanser and a toner (probably not in the eyes but everywhere around it)

Heyyyyyy! New subscribers here. Just watched this with my 15year old. Learned a few new things. Do you have any reccomendations for my teen facial routine or products. Some of the ones here we have used and it broke her out badly. Thanks in advance. Any teen tips appreciated.

Which toner did you end up applying? Couldn't see label. I'm following your routine exactly the way you're doing it. Don't want to cut corners.
