- Yoo! Hope ya'll doing well out there, this is my one year journey to front lever, in which I was also able to try some new variations of it. It has been a tough road, most of all in the beginning, but it paid off.
Hope this progression motivetes you for your own journey.

And then there is me training for full front 3 years already and still dont have it :D Great transformation btw!
Thanks!! Just keep training hard and you'll get it man.
I’m coming up on 2 years still no full. I went back to weighted pull-ups to get stronger
Took me 1.5 years because I’m tall and have heavy legs. And there’s some people who get full ROM FLPU in 3 months
@@street-workoutnation2964 yeah dude, we werent blessed with those genes sadly
@@street-workoutnation2964 me too man, working on it for almost 9 months... Still cant hold it. I have big legs too, not that tall (179cm and 77kg) but everytime I see someone unlocking full front after 2-3 months, I think what am I doing wrong.... (can do 23+ pullups clean form, started working on front when I could do 12-15 pullups.......)
When I was learning front lever, I concentrated on perfect form, so I could hold the same way you do on 4:38, but only for a few seconds. I've got a pain within my shoulder range, so now is fourth day of my rest. I could fixate one second of wide reverse grip front lever, and I'm gotta improve. Got more motivation from your vid. Thanks bud
Thanks for sharing man👍🏼
if you have littles injuries, train lightly instead of doing nothing
Man i gave up front lever after stuck in adv tuck and cant progress to one leg. After watching your video im fired up to try again
Thank you man, I really appreciate your words. Remember to train smart and be patient! Good luck for your Front journey 😉💪🏼
Fitness FAQ gave you detailed explanation to a lever.
5 months in directly training front lever and its working got my first full for 7 seconds (shitty half bent arms) today and im so happy, i really hope to reach your level
Great inspiration! I’m 63, and just started my FL-progression… just like you, 4 pullups is my current max….
Respect for your willpower. Good luck!

Vdd e o cara á progrediu muito é só der de onde ele estava até onde ele chegou. Eu tbm to nessa empreitada e quero muito poder fazer o front lever e a planche.
@@brunobatista325 boa sorte mano,eu infelismente fiquei no meio do caminho do front, fiquei sem barra,ai aproveitei e comecei a treinar a pranche
@@neworder9401 Mesmo que VC n possa fazer o fronte agora n é tão ruim, já que VC ta treinando a planche já é um grande avanço vê se n desiste blz e boa sorte na sua jornada e tmj.

This was so cool to see, congratulations and thanks for the motivation man
I am so happy to see your progres dude 😤 and i just want to start it now, 2023 🔥
Thanks, great dude
pure motivation bro!!!
Well done
A perfect example of perseverance with the technique.
People who are new to calisthenics, always remember- One skill at time
Never try to learn multiple skills at the same time. If you are learning front lever, stick with it. Don't try to learn plance or any other skill that involves stressing your shoulder
It might take you a litle bit longer but theres nothing bad in training front lever and planche simultaneously. Its a more balanced way aswell of training since your doing push and pull, so you dont creat inbalances
I really love seeing your progressions and the animes in the background :D
Tu sì che osi Oirad !!!!!!
Golden words in the end of the video, dude💪
You are so inspiering thank you💪🏼
Epic progression. You have a perfect FL
i started training fl one year ago having 25 pullups and 40 kg pull up pr...still strugling to hold it for 10 secs and i am not even close to pullups or touch:(being 1,84 is tough
Reading this gave me pain 184 cm oh god that must be really hard for progress
I m 190 i m 86 kg and After 1 year i ve reached 6 sec of Good front lever hold .but It s really hard to increase the Max hold
Beautiful form bro. Congrats for hard work that paid off 👏
Amazing progress 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

wow man good power
Support bro. From philipines
Keep grinding bro
i am stuck in full bad form , can you help me?
Try to do a more activated FL in the previous variation, adv tuck for example
could you share your training regime to get to the first full one?
good job
Ehi ciao innanzi tutto complimenti grandissimo seconda cosa oltre ai primi 4 pull ups cosa sapevi fare prima di iniziare di allenarla?
Grazie!!
How fast you learn font lever bro impossible 😮
nice. greetings from turkey
Thanks man!
The only thing that will stop me is my body weight lol 173cm 81kg right now
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Based🔥
how often did you practicing the front lever in a week ?
The day I feel it, I just go for it
Does the straddle front lever help you to achieve the full front lever hold ?
Steel muscles
how do i keep my body straight during front lever?
Bro can u give me your front lever routine, please?
I see that your motivation is Zoran
He has been a great inspiration
l will never be able to do front lever
Did you do sport during your transformation?
What exactly?
No, not during my transformation. But I used to play football before starting calisthenics.
👏👏
Bro did u use Grease the groove training method, or what?
Nope
@@oiradzeus bro, tell me which method of training u used, time and all pls
@@portgasDace-ze3fl just work hard if you want it man, work on the isometric and dynamics, and be patient
what was FL's workout routine
Man what you did for fl yet i near 1 years trainning coildnt hold the soild fl mahbe in hspu yes :(
Bro you need to make a tutorial
Bro Sickkk !!❤️
Did you practice daily ?
I can do tucked one idk how to progress now 😂
Thank you man🙏🏼
Yes, in the beginning I was practicing it almost everyday for about 30-45 min.
Obviously the days when I felt a strong back pain, I avoided training front lever and back muscle in general, cause those rest days are fundamental to build strenght.
Good luck with your trainings!
Thank you so much bro keep up the work !❤️
I was so happy that I can do front lever in less than a week, then realize that I have chicken legs...
how much do you front lever in a day and how long do you hold it?
👍👏👏👏👌👊
How often did you learn that per week?
Did you train only holds and raises?
Impressive! How many times a week did you practice it?
A recommendation
30-40 minutes = 5 times a week
1+hours: 3-4 times a week
