I love the first tip. Too often I hear to do the hardest task first. But for me, this often prolongs procrastination! Focusing on the very next step is a great way to combat procrastination, too. Writing things down and planning is essential. When I don’t have a plan, I completely forget what I’m supposed to do. Prioritizing is so important, and something I struggle with daily, especially if I don’t get up on time to complete my do list. I loved all the tips on this list! Thanks for another great video! ❤️❤️
Thank you Olivia 😄💫 Yes I know exactly what you mean, giving myself time to slowly get into it works so much better for me than starting with the hardest task. I'll just put it off that way. Have a lovely Sunday and thanks for your support as always
Thank you for these intelligent and realistic tips on being more productive. The one that stood out to me was about knowing your energy throughout the day. It reminds me of how much I get done so fast in the mornings but after lunch my energy lowers. This is when I focus on a slower but still consistent rhythm of working. All in all, the entire video is something for me to consider now that I want to be more creative outside of my regular job.
Thank you Justin! I really appreciate all your support 🤗🌻 For me, being mindful of my energy throughout the day has helped so much. Both with being creative and getting things done, as well as staying healthy and stress free. Good luck with your creative projects!
When I was younger and trying desperately to multitask my way through the day, a sensei that I highly respected at that time (and still do) would chuckle and say to me, "The hurrier you go, the behinder you will get." It took time for me to understand those words of wisdom. Now I get more done by slowing down. Essentially, I fail to trip myself...or mess up...by paying more attention to each task at hand. You have and give very sound advice. You have proven to be Kung Fu Panda awesome once again. ;)
Hi Vera. I'm doing what you say don't do. I'm in bed with RUclips. Ha!!! I was use to being high energy. I have time, which I am thankful for. I watch your videos more than once. I'm involved in politics, which I never thought would happen. I prayed for you to get all your subscribers today. Love you. Nite, Nite. Katie in Kentucky.
I'm a list maker. I love being able to check off a task. It helps me to brain dump and feel productive. I put reminders on my phone calendar to prompt me to get a task done. I have a pop on my facebook that tells me when I have spent an hour in the app in the day and I limit myself at that as much as possible. I also try to avoid sitting for long periods of time after work otherwise I seem to go down from there and start to crash.
I'm a slow started in the morning. I get up, make my bed, shower, get dressed, and sit down with my coffee for a while.....Ahhhhhh...then I can start the day ! tfs 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Also A good way of warming up for the bigger tasks is cooking your breakfast, Ive found it quite useful and always gives me some energies for what’s next
superliked the video! I always thought that productive is beating ourselves to achieve goals. Bt you guided how we can be productive as well as relaxed. I loved the tip of buffer time. An ambiance also plays an important role. Your bullet journal looks artistic. 😊😄
I need to start doing time blocks so I don't burn out or spend days unproductively ps love the plants you keep around your house definitely would love to bring in the house after knowing the benefits of having plants!!!
Awesome tips. I think we need to stop multitasking and besides writing a to-do-list, I personally prefer to write a done-list, on which I write what I have done everyday; i think it is something like my daily pick-me-up and it also encourages me to start the next day with a vibrant spirit.
I love this video, good tips about your mood and energy to be productive. Also the planning and writing down plans. Thanks and have a nice week. Belated happy birthday, take care 🎁🎈♥️ Jennifer
Hi lovely! Thank you so much for this! I find it super helpful as a reminder as someone who works from home. It can be much more challenging to stay productive when you work for yourself and set your own schedule so I’m really great full for your video! Sending a big hug from Spain 🤗
Very nice. You gave me a lot of great tips. I want to honor God by giving Him some of my time too, so you helped me to do that in this video. Thank you very much!
Great video! Would love to see you do a video on traveling for HSPs. Especially air travel. I always seem to freak out at the airport and on long flights. Thanks for your amazing videos!
I work with An indie playlist on Spotify. Normale mis distract me because i sing along in my head. Indie music I don't know so it brings only the good part. White noise and less thoughts, and more fun.
Wonderfully done video and great tips! This year I've been working especially hard on incorporating positive, healthy and productive habits into my daily routine. So although I'm already practicing a lot of these habits, it was super helpful to learn how I can keep improving them and incorporate new small changes into my life. Thank you! 😊
Some great tips, thanks! Very useful. Will try it straight away. BTW, the "urgent vs. important" strategy, although wildly popular, is faulty at its core and can ultimately be destructive. If you're serious about time management, I suggest you read Do It Tomorrow and Other Secrets of Time Management (can't remember the author now) which offers a much more productive solution that doesn't unvolve sorting tasks into important, urgent or otherwise.
Always have a plan and organize them by prioritizing. If you feel procrastinate then star with the small and easy task and build from that until the job is done
Also, have seen it! Its N3 isn't it? I'm sure you won't run out these great topics of minimalism (and big thanks for your videos, all are very useful!); if you have tips for minimalism at studying, I'll be really grateful!
Yes good eye 🙂 I'm studying for the JLPT N3 right now. Don't know if I can take it this year though.. the grammar and vocab are no problem but the kanji.... 😭😄
I'm sure you can make it! Also study from this type of book (Soumatome)and I tried to draw a little memo-illustration every single kanji without writing the meaning. And there's a free test-site on jcat; it's quite near to JLPT levels. 頑張って!@@SimpleHappyZen
I spoke to you well I texted you about nine months ago on how hard it was to get my apartment pulled together and I finally put together yay for me but now it's gone back to what it shouldn't be and maybe this will give me a little kick in the butt I'm going to watch this video a couple of times over thanks again bye-bye
Thank you Pam! Yes I remember 😊 I think life has a natural flow, sometimes we just let things fall behind a little bit, that's totally okay 🤗🌿 Most important thing is picking it up again when it feels right. Good luck!!

@@SimpleHappyZen It's hard to explain. But you can play it with I type of card or more. The internet can explain it better. Thanks for the comment . 🌸
