I can never even imagine to ignore someone whose love is so unconditional. Afterall parents are the only ones who can love us unconditionally.

@@curiousfishie I completely disagree. All relationships outside of parental/familial love is and should be conditional. Friends that become toxic or negative should be dropped. Lovers who cheat, lie, and treat us poorly should be dropped. Only a parent can love a child who isn't a positive influence on their life or the lives of others.
@@BuzzLiteBeer I don't think that's a good form of love when you have to feel like there is a limit just because the person is not family or related or whatever. Sorry but to me I can adopt a child and still unconditionally love them even though they are not my flesh and blood. The same goes for the people I bond with on a daily. It's this conditional love stuff (the Ego) which needs to be evaluated in my opinion. I understand that people put up walls and boundaries but we don't necessarily have to be that way toward each other. Ah well, I agree to disagree with you because I was a step parent at one point and I realized there is no difference in how to love someone, our minds are the obstacles most times.

I was watching this video I became so emotional to the extreme of getting angry that this mother was trying so hard just to hear her son’s voice. I lost my mother when I was 4 years old and I would give anything just to have one more second with her. This is so sad. Last year, my dad messaged me for months, yet I kept ignoring his texts and calls. Dont get me wrong, I love my dad. It was mostly because I was afraid of what I would say. Our family situation is complicated and I was just really nervous to talk to him, even over text. A few days ago, he called and I finally decided to pick up the phone. After talking to him for a while, I realized everything was okay. Usually, I feel a lot of anxiety when I talk over the phone with anyone but with him, it was okay. I found out he's coming back to the states to visit and I couldnt be happier. I really miss him and hope to see him soon. I hope to spend as much time as I can with him this year 😭

I lost my mother 6 years ago. I'm so Thankful that I spent alot of time with her. She was my world and it broke my heart into a million pieces when she passed. I take comfort in knowing she was loved while on earth. Make time for your parents because they won't be around forever. God Bless..

I am so happy most of my life I spend it telling my sister I love her...a d she knew how much I loved her and I still do. She use to tell me too. When she passed it was unimaginable BUT as time went on as i start to heal little by little I found comfort in knowing she was saved and she left knowing she was truly loved. She was my bestfriend i truly miss her. But I am also reminded that we too just passing by and will take that journey so I am trying to better myself as she did. Everytime I see a video of Jay, I run to my mom, sister and father and hug them tightly.
My grandma passed away a couple years ago and for some reason, today I just couldn’t stop thinking about her. The one thing I wish I could do was go back in time and tell her how much I love her. I wish I didn’t take her for granted. I wish I realized what I had before it was gone. The last time I saw her was in the hospital. She was unconscious and I don’t know if she even heard me say goodbye or how much I cared about her. You really don’t know how much someone matters to you until they’re gone so please, take the time to tell your loved ones how much they matter before it’s too late. 💖

We're so busy looking for interest in other areas, that we forget the people who love us that are right in front of us.
We think to ourselves that we have time, there will be another chance we believe that people will always, always be around, until something happens.
Don't take people for granted.
They may love you forever but they may not be around forever.
When the person tries to send a message or them trying to call us, when we're busy all of that seems like a burden, it seems like stress, it seems like pressure.
But when we recognize that that moment may never happen again in future, we learn to value it, we learn to appreciate it, we recognize how truly valuable and priceless it is.

So very true and we all have been there at some point in life. It's crazy how we can get caught up in our own and can miss out on moments with people we love and care about.
Even though the title is a little confusing, but somehow the video changed my perspective. Many of us are trying to love and give our energy to people who don't recognise the love and value in us, when instead we could be putting that energy into people who would actually value and appreciate it and reciprocate it back to us 💗💖 what a beautiful feeling that would be.

Never commented on RUclips but was really touched. Gotta get your priorities in life straight. Is a football game, a beer with some "friends" more important than caring for your mother (or dad/partner/siblings etc)? How long would those "friends" be around? And if something bad happens to you, who in this world really cares about you? I never take love for granted, because love is rare in this world. I try to treat every time I see my mom as the last time we will ever see each other. No one is getting younger. The time you can spend together is decreasing. You know who is waiting for your call. Don't wait any longer and reach out.
