"You might call this manipulation. But I call this asking things the right way." is the most manipulative line I have heard. Lol. Keep it up, there's so much to learn. Thank you so much!!!

The author himself states that his purpose was to make people aware. It’s meant to help you not apply it. He had the same concerns about the wrong people using the information but helping people be more aware of how they can be manipulated was the greater purpose.

I love these videos! I can’t believe it how so few likes and comments. Your work is so clean and I’m loving your breakdowns. This is my second video.
The Pre-suasion video brought me to your psychology playlist.
    Keep it up! 🫡
    Nice work! 🚀
    Good job! ❤
    Thank you 🙏

I agree with the laws you believed in. I choose to believe them myself to see how if they work out for me. I will talk to my therapist if anything involving them has gone wrong

That book has a lot of don'ts😕
    I've noticed a pattern that when I think 'not', 'don't', 'won't' etc. I haven't thought things through.
So I picked up the habit of when thinking "I wish that would stop" or "I don't want..." etc. I pause, think about what I want to happen, and go from there.
Example in two parts about how this works:
    1.
Don't think about a pink elephant!
It's normal to fail this one.
    2.
Think about a black crocodile riding a bike on a mountain!
    Well done!
AND you didn't think about a pink elephant during the 2:nd part.
So that's 0 points for failing the 1:st task.
+1 point for achieving the 2:nd task.
And a +1 point for achieving the 1:st task.
    2/2 points for you 🥳

And 'that friend that goes to jail' at 5:10 might benefit from being empathized with, to feel like they're not alone. It's easier to be part of a lawful society when the lawful society accepts you. It's easier to listen to advice from someone whom you realize cares about how you feel.
To go deeper into the subject; see how Finland (about the lowest prison return rate in the entire world) keeps the prisons as close to ordinary life as possible, so that when the prisoner is released they are already used to live in 'normal' society.

I'm kind of with you - I listened to a few of these laws on Audible - and yes, a lot of scam and con-artist as examples is not what I'm used to. (Guy scamming the city of Paris to do maintenance on the Eiffel Tower, etc). But the "stay quiet" is a very good one. It does make an interesting read/listen.

Power is different for different people.
To me having lots of friends and being able to make friends with people incl. potential enemies is powerful AF!
But following that book I wouldn't be as good at it as I am now, I wouldn't think. Too toxic

48 rules of Power is uncomfortable for most people because it deals with the “Darker side” of humans.
Having the capability to be dangerous, have power vs using/abusing are two different animals.
You selections were great, a nice sampler of the book.
Others have done videos on all 48 laws, last one I looked at was close to 1 hour long and the tone was much darker.

This book is totally based on manipulation but what I believe being selfish putting yourself first as top priority its good to be bad to fight bad you hav to be the same then you can win the game so it's good to be bad depending on dependency

Timidity isn't dangerous. What the hell?!😮😕
And I really like timid people!😄 They tend to care more about my emotional state when I am in a bad place. And when I want to make a decision and ask a timid person for advice I have to slow down and take my time listening. I get calmer when I slow down and I don't rush to conclusions as brutal as I might have if I asked a bold person.
    Dangerous... pft!
Your other episodes have been much better -.-

So if I wanna buy someone a lunch you give them the advice to see the gesture as trickery? Piece of shh...
F*#% what you're putting out in this video!😡
And I haven't red that book, but I'm guessing "F*!2 that too"
Your other videos have been SO much better!
And so much that you have red about, I think that you could easily convert the tips in that book into more productive stuff that fulfils the positive and weed out the toxicity like "NEVER do this" - Really? The author to the book couldn't think of ONE SINGLE time where this rule doesn't apply? Or a gray zone where kinda breaking the law gives more room for further productivity?
I LOVE surprising with free food! 😃
The look on some people's faces 🤣 "WHU?! Will I eat everyday for a WEEK?😵‍💫" 😆
    Very fun pass time 😁
Can't do it too much though, because I live short above minimum wage😊 (in Sweden, but still🙄)
And sometimes people even repay me! But that's just a bonus. And most only give me an extra big smile when they see me again. But it's still fun to give to people I think I will never see again. The thought of some random helping you that much is rather funny ^^ And the few times it's happened to me have MADE MY DAY! Except for when people try to win me over with free stuff, but that's not every time is it? 🥸
If I ever meet you I will buy you dinner (if I can afford it), say "Spread the love" and be on my marry way! 😆 Leaving you with a full stomach, yum in your memory and a bit more hope for humanity

Well lemme tell you about the last law... The last law is being fluid it says to forget about all previous laws and do things you want and trust your guts for ex "it might be oka to outshine the master in the future..." Being fluid like water... So these laws aren't meant for literally.
