    Magaling po kayong doctor kasi po sinsabi po ninyo na pag naayos na ang problema sa highblood pressure hindi naman lifetime ang maintenance pero ibang doctor maintenance agad wala ng exercise o diet bigay agad ng ibang doctor maintenance agad.godbless po doc

    Ako aatakihin ako ng highblood pag stressed ako.
    160/90.pero relax ko lng xa at iwas ako sa matatabang pagkain at drink water.
    Meron ako medcn.
    Sad to say iinumin ko lng pag nahighblood na ko.
    Araw araw ko monitor BP ko.
    Relax ko lng nag normal agad.
    130/80 or,120/80.thanks doc.

    Doc tanong ko lang asawa ko na stroke nung 2021 simula nun pinag maintenance na sya.gusto nya na po mag stop uminom dahil 120/80 na BP nya natatakot po kasi sya baka yung kidney nya naman magkakaproblema sa huli kakainom nya ng gamot..sabi po doctor lifrtime na dw yung maitainance nya.tama po ba na sundin namin yung sinabi ng doctor nya?kahit matagal na din na ok na BP ng asawa ko..

      Nabili ko dati nasa 900 pesos. Upon checking ngayon meron bnebenta sa Lazada NASA 2500 pesos, same brand ng dini discuss nila dito sa salamat dok.

      Try mo mag healthy diet, fruits at vegetables muna. Mga meat iwasan muna. Dahil lahat ng iniindang sakit natin ay nasa pagkain lang. Example nawala joint pains ko sa tuhod nung nag fruits at vegetables lang ako. Gumaan tlg pakiramdam ko, laboratory test ko naging normal lahat. Di ako nag medications kasi naniwala ako pag sobrang chemicals sa katawan ay mag cause ng side effects, ang resulta ay allergy (personal experience)
