Do this regularly. It works for me. The results are excellent. No more neck pain.
Thank you for this video. I was diagnosed with hypertension in Oct 2021, and am on one medication, which I have to take once per day. I've also changed diet (such as beetroot juice each day, more garlic etc). My blood pressure started to creep up again, so I started doing a 30 minute work out each day, but on days that I work all day, I often find myself to exhausted to do the whole 30 minutes. So I found your video today, after a full day at work, and did this workout. Thank you - it's the perfect workout for days when I'm exhausted but still want to push myself a little to do some exercise.

The most important is not to 30 minutes is to do exercises even 3 minutes but must keep doing everyday to let your body knows you are active .
I have tried this exercise. In just 3 days. I got relieved from my neck pain. This helps a lot in having normal blood pressure..thank you for making this video.
I think basically any movement or exercise that raises your heart rate and gets the blood pumping and help move the blood throughout the body to the outer most capillary beds right to your finger tips, this helps to spread and diffuse the pressure and lowers the stress load on your heart. Its a great video, will try incorporating this for sure
Mam thank you very much because yesterday my blood pressure is 130/ 80 and i take your exercise this morning now my blood pressure is lower to 127/80
I really like this routine. Sometimes my BP is high, and I have been advised to watch my BP and cholesterol, so this fits the bill. Many thanks! I have watched several times and try to incorporate it in my day, plus walking the dog 4 or 5 days a week really helps my stamina.

Hi Sam, thanks for this low impact cardio exercise. I've found out that I am stage 2 HBP and I don't want to take meds.
I'm an average healthy person but I was so stress lately.

Did this exercise help with your blood pressure? I'm not having any drastic problems with it yet but I'm at risk because I'm obese. I have been trying to lose weight for a while now I have lost around 10,11 kg so far, I need more to be healthier but I'm very scared of working out because of my heart. This workout seems easy and I don't have to engage my heart too much like other workouts. Please if you can tell me how this workout worked for you?

Me too, and I'm only 42! Found some other "beginner" aerobic videos and they destroyed me. This one gets my heart rate up and is short enough that I can bust it out on my lunch hour

I knew a dude who had high blood pressure bad diet and smoked a lot but he exersice 3 hours and he out live my friend who had bad diet but never exercise. Exercising really helps out anyone and that guy is 60 can’t believe he had high blood pressure for 42 years

THANKS for this excellent video. I'm an ex international athlete and I still do triathlon, actually I do these exercises with people who have health issues. It's the type of exercises I've always used as I was once diagnosed with a muscular heart. It really works, it's what I always do to start my daily sport routine and sometimes before cooling down after a hard work out, like 120Km cycling or a 30Km cross country run.
