I am planning to have a pool in my back yard and I found your channel. Base on your explanation, I really like to DIY and sub contract for each step. So I can save money for pool deck and landscape. How do you know who doing what to hire them? Thanks so much for your video clip. It helps a lot.

What about the new pool size limit of 600 sq. Ft I know Blue Heron usually has multiple pools and a hot tub in their house plans. Guess this would not be allowed anymore due to new limits.

Correct, however the city of Henderson has not passed that same ordinance at this time, only the city of Las Vegas.
Where did you get your loungers from?
Thanks for watching! I got a set from Amazon and a set from Costco. The Costco ones are “commercial” grade so super durable, easy to clean, and comfy!

Yes we have a heater, but in the heat of the summer we really don't need it!

Yes, hiring the subs directly vs having a pool company build pool was a big savings. The subs told me, based on the pool we built, I saved 50%.
