      @@lumb.2565, Good point. I wonder if he meant that it has to be sunny or if it's just the first 45min of daylight. 🤷 I once lived in a place where it was overcast most of the time. I didn't have the fortitude to withstand the endless grey days. Had to relocate ☀️

      @@heathersohappy2833 I'm in the UK and the grey sucks, i have noticed and as obvious as it may seem, at sunset you can get a good amount of sun but idk if that still helps vitamin D.
      So for anywhere overcast you'd need to get a min of 30 minuets, a sunny day is as little as 15 mins. Andrew Huberman did a part on it.
      therapeutic
      The grounding here is tricky as it is all built up and just extremely muddy ground. Also having the time to go out of my way to do it is difficult
      If i may ask where were you living that was such a grey place?

    Doomed diagnosis... and then I did this breath work... ok ok I passed out, had seizures, and muscle spasms. But doing this, despite the "price required", everyday several times a day. Took me two weeks to get through an entire set. 7 months later and my life is anew. I survived at 85 87 maybe 92 O2 saturation. Now I thrive in average 95 O2 saturation. AND AND during breath work I can hold my breath 70 seconds. Better health by the breath.

    So to the person that says What Crap I am sorry you feel better emotionally with your response.
    I say BREATHING LOTS OF OXYGEN TURNS OFF “my” PAIN RECEPTORS FOR ME. This 2 minute video has turned me around from holding my breath from the deep pain I had been feeling while going to a chiropractor for a physical pain release.
    I ignored my 75 years of age + many broken bones/surgeries…until chiro tells me it is no wonder - your whole body is out of alignment-w/pelvis twisted towards right; back pain; knee pivoting yikes and Achilles tendinitis etc. Did not help being 11 mi from epicenter of earthquake in 2001 - dropping under desk as floor met my knees - lighting up arthritis.
    Everyday my pain levels have dropped, SINCE I HAVE CHANGED MY BREATHING…I have found it feels really good to breath deeply expelling outward and not pulling pain inward as I was doing, thinking breathing was causing pain.
    Thank you for this video!

      I have no special qualifications to advise you- and I spent my professional career missing the early sunlight- but everything I am learning now from these wise men is that the early sunrise light is irreplaceable to our physical and emotional health. Perhaps you can work towards getting a shift change someday. In the meantime, look into red light therapy.

    • @MercediSurface
      @MercediSurface Месяц назад

      Look into orange blue-blocking glasses to wear until the sun comes up. You want the red wavelengths from the early morning sun first thing so you would want to block the blue spectrum up until then. @carriebwellness has much more good info on this and has helped me so much!

    Is mouth breathing when doing this exercise ok? I thought u should only breathe through you nose as its better and prevents you from getting sick as opposed to mouth breathing, anyone know?

    • @ACEROTHSTEIN2810
      @ACEROTHSTEIN2810 Год назад +2

      Yes, it's no issue, mouth breathing for only 10 minutes a day during breathwork is going to do you no harm. It's only bad when you mouth breath for hours at a time

      Med schools do NOT teach health, nutrition, supplementation or functional medicine. They study disease and medication. Doctors are literally the dispensing arm of big pharma and prescribe for symptoms with little thought to root cause. Doctors are part of the disease care network not health care. They are the wrong people to seek answers from.
