  • Albert Frantz's talk deals with the search and fnding of hid- den talents and dreams, and the things it takes to make this come true.
Out of nowhere, Albert Frantz discovered at the age of 17 his love of playing the piano and for classical music.
After winning several piano competitions, he became the first pianist in nearly a decade to be awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to study in
    Vienna.

A friend, Mr. Genesis Argerich, shared this video. What a truly inspiring story, especially its pointing out that one can have his own internal world and succeed despite all external odds, and that one's own EMOTIONS can make this happen! Thanks very much for the wonderful SHARING and warmest regards from the Philippines! :)

YOu make me want to keep playing piano. Should I learn classical music and then what I really want to learn witch is jazz, blues and classic rock or can I go into thoose styles without a classical music background.

hopefully youve continued to play piano because playing piano without a classical background is completely okay. however, learning the correct foundation or methods of practice/dicipline may prove challanging. but there are countless musicians who play without classical training.
