Shiitake mushrooms and carrots / red bell pepper (for color) would be yummy to add in the beef broccoli stirfry 😋
Thanks Meghan I like the pasta one.❤
Great video, I was needing some ideas, could you make more of these? Thank you.
I want to try all four recipes! Yum!
love all these receipts, they look so tasty, so simple and straightforward, especially the sun dried tomato pasta and the roasted rosemary vegetables, got to try them!
Thank you so much for all your wonderful wonderful videos and congratulations❤
A little tip for cooking brown rice: let the rice soak in room temperature water in the pan for 2 hours before cooking, it will soak the water and become easier to cook through. And also, after it's cooked, let it rest in the pan with lid on for about 30 minutes, let the remaining heat cook it thoroughly.
Soaking and resting can help the cooked rice become softer, tender, and enhance the elasticity and integrity of the rice.
(Don't use iced water, for the rice wil become harder and can't be cooked through, 20-30°C water would be best.)
Thank you so much, and hope you have a beautiful day, too.❤

Yum! Did you make the naan yourself? If so, it would be cool to have a bread video :D
Meghan, would u be willing to do a video on vegeterianism and meal ideas? I always can use some vegeterian inspiration!
I don't eat a lot of meat so I use beans in place of it in some dishes.
@@karenchastain3856 I eat an insane amount of beans haha. But I have a tendency towards the same vegetarian meal ideas...do u have any creative meals/ways that you replace meat with beans?
My plan while I am trying to save up for my own apartment is to starting buying and making cheaper meals that are whole food based. I got some good ideas now so thanks :)
The recipes look great. Could you possibly recommend what to use instead of meat for us vegetarians? Thank you 😊
Is there an alternative for the soy sauce in the beef stir fry?
Yep, you can use coconut aminos - you'll just want to add a little extra salt in that case as it's not as salty as soy sauce.
