Was walking along the park, Beverly Gardens and on the way back, it was too sunny, so I went through the neighborhood and to my surprise I found this house. So cool. There's also the Gaudi House just north of the church at Rodeo and SMB. Also super cool.
Nobody besides the man said anything for the first minute and 15+ seconds. The last 22 seconds included all THREE people who were part of this spot. It wasn’t a monologue.
That house is ugly. It's a tragedy that so many architectural masterpieces by famous architects in Beverly Hills have been torn down and replaced with hidious heinous Persian palaces and concrete block modern houses.

@@actionanimations4879 they renovated it big time, you should see the main bathroom and the whole place is very unusually decorated. I love it and I always wanted to buy that house but it was expensive even when it was broken down because it's in Beverly Hills.
Hope the city protects the house so it’s NEVER torn down.
Amazing how from the street it looks like a tiny 900 square foot cottage. You can see this shot in Clueless when Cher walks in front of it.

I have driven by it many times, including just the other day. It is near the Beverly Hilton Hotel. I hope the city never lets it be then down.
