Honestly, that house should just be demo'ed and start from scratch. The builder basically couldnt decide if it was supposed to be a multi unit condo or airbnb multi unit rental. Everything feels forced and baller on a taco bell budget. Only reason you buy this house is if you are trying to sue the builder down the line for horrible designs that cause major injury accidents due to wacky design flaws.
1st. Dude looks like a middle schooler. 2nd. The architecture is literally painful, and the layout is sub-par. Nothing is optimal. 3. None of the other bedrooms have an en suite bathroom?? I'm with Arvin, the finishes are bad. I agree with everyone who said to demolish it and start over!
@@paulo7200I'll concede that. He's a good looking guy. Well dressed and all that, maybe coming up with effective selling points and descriptions for this property is too much.
The dude is J.P. He usually does some awesome house tours. But like Enez, he has some business deals, so he sometimes has to do BS like this. I can promise you he is curling his toes, walking around this place. 😕
All those security monitors in every room are so you can closely track all the hostile villagers with pitchforks and torches outside that want to tear down this property.
I usually find beautiful things about every home you review, despite whatever flaws it might have. But I just find this one completely ugly. I can't get over how much I hate this house.
I seriously believe this was supposed to be a boutique hotel where someone would permanently use it that way but they ran out of money before the interior could be done. Then another buyer came along and saw an opportunity but hired the worst architects/interior designers they could find, LOL...
having no actual parking space or viable garage a car can fit into is already a huge no no for almost all buyers. and that is just one single problem already. Looks like a safe house for cartels.
Another great video. What a poorly designed property. Honestly, the garage situation alone would be a deal breaker for me. Why have two or three tiny one car garages instead of one larger and usable two or three car garage. Right off the bat, that lets you know that the rest of the property will probably not be well thought out. These shorter videos are perfect for binging. I could literally watch dozens of these back to back. Thank you sir.
This guy is really good, since I came across his channel I learned so much about interior design/styles and houses. Once I never saw anything crazy when I watched the homes presented by Enes. But surely thanks to this man I see things differently now. Arvin is also hilarious. With every upload, I settle down with a drink and a snack, ready for some fun. I truly like this guy. The only thing Arvin still lacks is as many viewers as Enes. But I have faith that he will reach those numbers. Once again great narration and insight. Salute from the Netherlands.
I love how he roasts Enes in his videos. Some viewers keep asking him to do a house review with Enes but that is impossible. They will start fighting the instant the camera starts! Enes: "Now we enter this amazing hallway with imported marble..." Arvin: "But the marble looks cheap. Why is the ceiling only 2 meters tall? Why is the rear window blocked by this wall?" Enes: "Will you shut your mouth? I am trying to make a commission off this house! I could get 5% from the price..." Arvin: "It's not worth a 5% commission. The kitchen faces the wrong way. The floor planning is upside down! This is crazy!" (in other words, upon entering from the front door, you are really on the top floor so you have to take a staircase down to the next two levels. That's a lot of walking. He has warned his viewers to think twice before buying a house with an upside down layout. Enes throws a punch...💀😂🤣
This is horrible. And the agent should have had the camera monitor screens turned off for the tour. It looks very creepy as if they're expecting a break in.
I've never see "tremendous" used as a synonym for "unfortunate" before. I also genuinely hope it was a unique, commissioned piece, because the alternative is that there's a factory somewhere cranking them out by the truckload. And that's hard on the soul.
The whole motel/apartment vibe is unconscionable. Did they employ an architect, or just a draftsman? It's not just the details. It's that there's no sense of aesthetics anywhere. Can we talk about the horrendous staging of the rooms? Not a single area rug anywhere, just a bunch of cheap furniture floating on the shiny floors. And I have a question: since when do shower doors open into the shower?? Especially in this place, where the showers are all narrow.
Your comment literally had me laughing out loud! I could picture someone in the shower trying to get out of the already narrow space now jigging around the door pulled inward. You can't get in or out of your shower, but you're ballin' in your marble casket. 🤡 A classic Mr Bean or Austin Powers moment.
Can you review the Max Azria Estate in Holmby Hills, word is that JLO is buying it. Would be interesting to hear your perspective on why the house hasn’t sold since for past 8 years.
This looks so terrible in every imaginable way.....the entrance with the garages gives me deep depression. Imagine built something like this for u and be fine paying millions for it.....
i dont understand why americans need to enter directly into a living space?? Here in Europe you enter into a hallway, keeping wind and stuff our of your living space. Allowing you to hang your coats and leave your shoes before stepping into a living space. Makes much more sense
Your criticism is VERY narrow minded. My parents owned a house in Switzerland for two years. The front door goes right by the living room and has no hallway. The coat closet is directly ahead. I've also seen a few houses in Switzerland and Germany when they were shopping for a house. The houses seemed to follow a pattern: the front door opened directly onto the street. Very noisy. Worse, the garage was always in the back and is seldom on the same level as the main living space. And many of the properties did NOT have a short hallway to leave coats and shoes immediately after entering.
For most houses, that would make sense. For these houses, however, trying to impress people is a big part of the house. You would be having people over who later might hire you or work with you on a project. You need to project wealth immediately, and a hallway doesn’t do that.
They spent up big on those rusty wavy-pattern panels everywhere to try and hide the blandness - what an inspired and unexpected choice. Top marks there ;) And choosing a child as an agent - another groundbreaking decision.
Love your channel especially the longer videos where you critique the videos from Ennis, Other video/ brokers would be ok too, but I love when you get into the nitty gritty gritty . Fantastic job. Big fan
What was the architect thinking? First of all, the minimalist style has been done to death and does NOT scream luxury. Certain features of the property are begging for litigation, like the water feature up front and the extremely low ceiling in that alcove on the third floor. Having to leave your bedroom and go into the hallway to use the bathroom is far from fitting of an upscale home, in which there should be an ensuite bathroom in almost every bedroom. The views are great only from one narrow area. The balconies are glorified walkways, too narrow to do much with. The main living spaces are completely cut off from one another. While I'm a big fan of vertical multistory living, this property does it all wrong! The house is an F- through and through.
Some people are saying to demolish it and start over. I'm thinking demolish it and sell it to a neighbor as extra yard space. At 0:27, I don't even know where the house is. I thought it was above the word "Strip," but that's not the same style.
