A few answers to common questions regarding this chapter: (Obviously spoilers!) - What was the victim's original intention? -- To murder a fellow student and have Makoto take the fall, hence the room switching. After the killing, everyone would believe the sweet innocent pop star, making it impossible for Makoto to convince the others of his innocence, especially given the lack of any proof. - Why was the murderer even executed? It was obvious the killing was in self defence? -- Read this carefully: NO. The murderer did not kill in self defence in any way whatsoever. The victim did try to kill him/her, yes, but once the victim's wrist was broken and (s)he had retreated into the bathroom, the killer could have - and should have - just walked away. Instead, (s)he went back to his/her room, grabbed the screwdriver from the toolkit, broke down the bathroom door, and inflicted the stab wound. Legal defence can only be invoked when the original attack is still ongoing. The victim was completely harmless at that point and the killer went ahead with the murder anyway. It wasn't legal defence, it was an execution. Not a kill out of necessity, but out of opportunity. Celeste makes this same argument in the game when the killer tries this exact defence for his/her misdeed, and Celeste is absolutely right. - How was the killer identified? -- The toolkit in his/her room is the final proof to determine the killer's identity, since everyone else's toolkit would have been untouched, while only the killer's would have been opened.
It could've been self-defense as we know the victim could've told everyone that the blackened broke their wrist and then the victim could've just went on wait for it to heal then try again; or at least that's what I think but hey opinions
That's not 'self defence' at all, buddy. And it's not a matter of opinion. Self defence only applies if, amongst others, the attack is immediate and unavoidable. You can't "defend yourself" against an attack which you think might happen after someone's wrist heals.

Here is what I find confusing Leon said "it was all self-defense" Me:But why did you still go after her when she locked herself in the bathroom? You could've ran away....
PandaTheCheeky // Minecraft and More! Well, if Leon DID run away, Sayaka still would’ve had a broken wrist, and she could’ve said that Leon attacked her in the room.
RIGHT THEY ARE SO SCARY. LIKE THE ART STYLE KINDA CHANGES SO SUDDENLY BUT IT HAS LIKE SUCH A WEIRD VIBE TO IT N JUST IMAGINE YOU ARE ABOUT TO GET KILLED IN A BRUTAL WAY SJJDJFJD
Nooo the craziest and scariest executions happened in Danganronpa V3. To me, the most disturbing one was to the blonde girl... I think her name was Alice. But she was the ultimate musician or something. They hanged her and 2 Monokumas were pulling on her string to make her go up and down and play the chords on the piano... it was scary to think about it. They started going faster and faster. She was hanged to death.
There is two things sad about the first case Happy havoc: First love interest dies. Sayaka thought about Makoto and saved him. (Dying message) Goodbye despair: Byakuga tried to defend himself. Nagito tried to kill someone with the blackout. V3: Kaede was framed. Rantaro died not even trusting himself. Wow this is old. Edit: Sayaka's dying message.
Well, Sayaka was going to pin the murder on Makoto if she successfully killed Leon, but no, she died, and her last thought was of a kind Makoto, so she tried to make it obvious it was leon now
Chick3nWings 345 I always find this sad but it seems like they mostly don’t care for the deaths of a classmate unless they been around a little longer and killed almost at the end of the game
@@6shuahn she still saved him by going back on it, if she didn't there wouldn't have been enough evidence for the class to agree on the fact that Leon was the killer
Whether or not Leon is innocent or not is one of the biggest and controversial debates I've ever seen I this fandom. He made the decision to murder Sayaka. The trial is as much of Leon's fault as it is Sayaka's
It's also a completely unnecessary debate since Leon is clearly guilty as Hell. He didn't kill Sayaka in self-defence, he murdered her because he had the unhoped-for opportunity. He could have stopped any time he wanted and yet he went all the way back to his room to get his toolkit and open the door. Leon apologists are just in denial.
Jaceon nah fam, what I meant to say is that I've seen plenty of comments people defending Sayaka for her actions and calling her "defenseless" and "Innocent' which is incorrect since I do also believe they both, Leon and Sayaka should take the blame for trial 1.
To be fair to Leon, Sayaka did plan to kill him she was clearly the aggressor. I think the fact that she lured him and planned to frame Makoto proves her kind persona was false. If she did everything she could to be an idol, even bad things, killing was not a far fetched thing for her. Now what Leon thought would be happening when Sayaka invited him into the room is another story. Maybe he trusted her due to him wanting to be a musician and thinking she wanted to talk about it, or that he possibly thought it would lead to being between the sheets, or both. I think rage, and fear is what drove Leon to kill her. He was angry she tried to kill him and he had to fight back to save his own ass, and he in part wanted her dead for that. He was angry he fell for her trick and got lured in. He was also scared that if he didn't kill her, she would try to finish the job later, or that she would accuse him of attacking her first and turn everyone against him. IMO of course.
That second half is dumb, even suspecting him, Leon risked his own life just for that, it's honestly not a good reason enough to finish the job, they already knew that Sayaka intended the murder, after they realized that, there would be no reason to suspect him of anything, so many pieces of evidence that proved Leon wasn't intending to murder
There was no real reason for Leon to proceed with the killing, apart from him thinking it was a good opportunity. He had nothing to fear from Sayaka anymore, since the only thing she had to rely on was her air of innocence which let her trick people more easily. Once she was exposed, there would have been no way for her to effectively plan a murder, let alone with a broken wrist and other injuries. As for anger, well, a murder committed in anger is still a murder, and it's very doubtful that Leon was angry enough to murder someone. No, he murdered her because he saw the opportunity, nothing more.
orrr. think about this. sayaka is a lady, badly injured. she points to leon, and uningured man. As bad as it may seem everyone would no doubt trust sayaka. so she would have a chance to murder again. so leon, may have had a good reason. besides also being able to get away from hopes peak
No, that doesn't work. All Leon had to do was show the letter (note how the letter explicitly said to look at the signs outside the doors). That, along with Makoto's account that Sayaka wanted to switch rooms, plus Hina's account that it was Sayaka who took the knife would have made it very clear who wanted to murder whom. If you then take into account that Sayaka would have been injured, and not killed, everyone would have believed Leon - after all, why would he attempt to murder someone and then walk away after injuring her, leave the victim alive? No, Sayaka's plan would have been revealed, no question. I now you guys are trying very hard to let Leon off the hook, but he is guilty as Hell.
What peoples fail to realise : -they both did wrong in that case - they both killed/wanted to kill because they wanted to escape and were scared - they are just teenagers - they are good peoples and never would have killed someone this is because of this situation , they are victims of circumstance
I have to say Sayaka is such a great character, she is written really well, even though she died first. Sayaka is portrayed as a happy, kind and energetic idol to her fans and people around her, but as a person she can be sad, lonely and scared. She has to fake her happiness and emotions as an idol, in order to make people happy, while be portrayed as harmless, and hide her true emotions so she can live to their expectations and expanding her career. Firstly, the things about Sayaka is that she can so easily be a villian. She can be willing to do almost anything to get her way through manipulating, false trust as well as making people feel that she is harmless and be unaware of her true intentions. Secondly, I believe that if the circumstances were different, Sayaka could of played as the mastermind. She could easily overthrow Junko with her wit, as well as some manipulation and acting as if she could never be a threat to her. I can also see her having Mukuro around her thumb. This makes Sayaka Maizono one of the most dangerous and capable character in atleast Trigger Happy Havoc. Lastly, I am having a hard time debating on Sayaka's true intentions when she tried to kill Leon. If she did succeed, was she going to try and escape? Or would the guilt be too much for her and wouldn't be able to kill everyone but instead get executed? Perhaps, she would try and pin the blame on Naegi or give up almost instantly? What drove her to try and commit murder? The video obviously, I have a suspicion that it was about her idol group but what was one of the real reasons that she would try. There is either a theory or confirmation that she didn't want to be forgotten, but I also believe she did it because she didn't want to be in the killing game, because she couldn't handle seeing anyone die and doing trial after trial, so she wanted to end it quickly so she wouldn't have to suffer through it. Sayaka Maizono is certainly a tuff nut to crack but, these reasons that I stated is why she's one of my favourite characters. It makes her feel much more real and more human like, instead of a possible selfish backstabber. I have rambled for far to many words and I rest my case.
I agree with this so much, especially considering she said she did so many things, both good and bad, to get to her pop star career. So obviously once she saw her group laying on the ground unconscious, she had so many thing going trough her mind. She worked so hard to achieve her dream, just to see it being crushed like that? That’s like reaching your main goal in life, and then suddenly falling back and having to restart, you just can’t redo it.

I agree that the murder wasn't self defense, but I don't think he would have gone after her in the first place if she hadn't started it. I feel zero sympathy for Sayaka.
Sayaka reaped what she had sewn. As much as she was thrown in a desperate situation, she was willing to betray the only person in Hopes Peak who wanted to help her. I don't feel any sympathy for her after she betrayed Makoto.
I wonder how many of you would have remained sane if the Bear was mentally torturing you until you murder someone. Neither Sayaka nor Leon are completely innocent here, but it should be obvious that the true culprit was the Bear.

Tbh the first thing I watch danganronpa I pick Leon to be my husbando and thought he will live Damn wrong ;-; but I still like Leon and maizono. Both were meh fav and died against. Well , nothin I can do about dat
okay, heres a little fun fact I found out about the first trial. the reason why Sakaya and Leon were the first to get murdered and executed was because the creators didn't really like drawing there faces (or something like that) and they figured that they should be the first to go,so they wouldn't have to draw them anymore. Pretty stupid, because the two have quite a lot of fans (okay, mainly Leon)-
Well, I think the first trial of Dangan 2 was mostly about revealing the kind of person Nagito was, and Byakuya (the victim) did get mentioned a couple times after his death
Everyone who dies in the 1st chapter is important not really the people who got executed first (except in V3). Sayaka was important to Makoto, Twogami was important because he was a returning character, and V3's victim and killer (who will not be mentioned in case anyone hasn't played V3 yet) were important because they were mentioned later on and because other reasons but I can't say cuz Spoilers
Evie Princess123 tbh her personality isn’t much a killer. The fact that despair video drive her mad, she wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. If you think about it, if she was a real killer she could of picked naegi since he was gullible to trust her. But sayaka knew he was only protecting her. So at least she was kind of nice \_(•-•)_/
SPOILERS FOR DR1 (?) I actually heard that in Danganronpa beta, the first victim was Kyoko. But honestly I'm glad that Kyoko survived the whole killing game since she's my favorite character
If they make a game after v3 they should do not an execution but a punishment for attempted muder soo nobody would be dead it would just couse more conflict tho
In many countries, heavy crimes such as murder is punishable by capital punishment, although I have no idea what is Japan's law regarding such, or if they have capital punishment in the first place.
Sayaka really said: "my plan failed so ill kill myself and blame leon for it so he gets executed" (it was confirmed in the manga that shows parts, where there were no cameras leon was just trying to calm sayaka down but the hiding evidence parts were true and sayaka wanted to kill leon because he respected her the most apparently-
Honestly Both Leon And Sayaka did wrong but Sayaka was at fault for most of it. She lured Leon in planning to kill him thinking he wouldn’t fight back and it would be an easy kill then she planned to frame Naegi for it When her plan backfired she felt guilty even though it was too late. Leon also was at fault because he could have left the room and left Sayaka alone, He actually did try to help Sayaka at one point though but she attacked him again. Both of them commited a crime there was no way of preventing besides Sayaka would have targeted or killed someone else anyway after healing from her injury she also probably would blame Leon for it making a fake sob story to cover her tracks.
@@JustAvrg idk the evidence kind of points against that in the manga I’m pretty sure she still has the knife but that’s not canon and I’m pretty sure if her hand was broken she would of dropped the knife and probably would of ran from Leon and not care about the knife
@@JustAvrg not when the target has dropped their weapon and has probably given up on trying attack them sayaka probably would of given up on attacking Leon because I doubt she would of even tried to attack someone that could break your wrist even if you were desperate if sayaka didn’t drop the weapon and didn’t go into the bathroom yes it would be self defense but if the target gives up on any form of attack and she most likely did and probably wouldn’t do it again for reasons I said earlier it’s not self defense too because Leon chose to go to his room break down the door and when sayaka was backed in to a corner he stabbed her now I’m not going to say Sayaka is innocent she is not she tried to kill you can’t erase that fact but Leon isn’t innocent either
@@JustAvrg the thing is if you say it’s self defense that would absolve him of all blame and the thing is he probably said no out of a natural reaction Leon didn’t know the trick to open the door and the door was almost broke off so he probably did break it down I couldn’t imagine that if he just opened it,it wouldn’t look like that unless he has the hulk strength
There’s something so... sad about this execution for some reason. The intensity of the balls hitting him, followed by the slow reveal of the blood at the end with the slow fade out of him surrounded by his classmates... Shit hits hard. ...well it hit Leon pretty hard too but-
In the manga version they tried to make it look like Leon went into the bathroom to try and calm her down and the stab was an accident, but why did he go in... with the knife...?
Also Sayaka and Leon were actually first two characters made and many other characters were based off of them, but in the end the creators got bored/sick of them so they decided to make them be the first ones to be killed, so yeah.... *The more you know*
Honestly, I feel like Leon was in the right to kill her as just think of how awkward it would be knowing that one one you was nearly murdered. As well as that, he could have gotten away with it if he just was smart with screw back the door handle and carefully rewrapping his tool kit. As well as that, all he probably could think of was freedom, just like Sayaka. Oh, and also, when he entered the bathroom, he had no intent of killing her, he wanted to calm her down or something, but one thing led to and...well..she died. Source: Danganronpa Manga.
The story in the Manga is actually not cannon. In the game(cannon) story, he actually went back to his own room to get his toolkit and then returned to break into the victim's bathroom, he already had plenty of time to think about what he was doing but intentionaly decided to go through anyway. Also Sayaka had already lost the knife to him during the struggle before that and didnt represent any danger at that point. Still Sayaka was pretty manipulative too so Its her own fault she ended the way she did.
@@bandicootsmwcentral2950 I did know that it wasn't canon, and he did have a lot of time to think about it, however, imagine being in his situation, almost killed and having a chance to kill and escape. Honestly, I'm just trying to see the good in the guy since I believe that I need to imagine being someone to forgive or hate them. Plus, Sayaka could have went over and retrieved the knife and when he returned, she ran back into the bathroom once again in fear since the comics aren't always how the case went down -like in the second trial in SDR2 where someone else planned to kill, but then the actual killer killed the person for them whilst they witnessed it.
Leon could’ve avoided this if he had just retreated and told everyone what happened in the morning. Sayaka wouldn’t have many ways to not look suspicious after
I feel bad for both of them,Leon was scared about the killing game and about everyone because he didnt know if he was going to die trapped on a school or die executed or killed,Sayaka was scared about the killing game and about their "idol friends" and about not being alone.
Fun fact: the reason Sayaka and Leon were the first two to get killed off was because they were the first characters to be created and he rest of the other characters were based of them and the designer's got tired of seeing them.
Kyle Razalan sayaka is a pop sensation so i'm almost positive almost everyone will believe her. Besides why waste time investigating just to figure out who is right
TotallyNot InkyFromUTA -He had the letter that could prove that Sayaka invited him to her bedroom. - The bedroom signs were changed and in the letter Sayaka told Leon that he had to pay attention to the signs, so It would be pretty obvius that she was the one who changed them. Moreover, she was the one who proposed changing bedrooms to Naegi. - Sakura and Asahina saw her taking the kitchen knife before she was attacked. - Naegi could say that Sayaka lied since he told her that she didn't have to open the door to anyone and she agreed, yet she invited Leon to her bedroom. - Why on Earth would Leon attack Sayaka and let her alive afterwards? That makes no sense and makes even less sense considering the fact that Sayaka was his "friend" apparently. - Leon attacked her with the sword that was already in the bedroom, that proves that he wasn't planning to murder nor attack her when they met, he was disarmed and she had a knife. - We can't forget that Sayaka was the student Who was most affected by the videos and that she was full of despair due to them. So yeah those are enough evidences to prove that Sayaka wasn't innocent and was planning a murder. Kirigiri, Celes, Togami, Fukawa and Sakura (Naegi maybe not in this case) would have believed him without thinking twice. He had no excuses.
Okie hold on, sayaka WAS trying to get to makoto. She basically wanted to lure somebody in makoto's room so when sayaka successfully killed Leon then she could blame makoto...Soo
This is true. Leon could have also wiped off that dying message along with switching out Makoto’s screwdriver with his… Those were the two crucial pieces of evidence that pointed it to him… Also, depending on what tools were in his toolkit, if there were scissors, then Leon could have flushed his shirt down the toilet if he cut it into small enough pieces since he somehow got another shirt….
I'm sorry for all Leon Fans but I liked Sayaka better that Leon! The only thing I didn't like about this Chapter was the game encouraged you to hang out with Sayaka! It was too obvious that she was going to die first! (I forgot if "Junko" died before Sayaka or not.) I mean if Leon was the first to die that would IMO make the first class trial a lot more Intense in a way. Because if Leon were to die first he couldn't have had the time to write Sayaka or Maizono on the bathroom wall, he would have to write something like dod (180° turn it says Pop) then that would tell you who the killer is!(Sayaka) I just thought Leon should have died and Sayaka gets executed. Don't get me wrong I do like the first trial and execution but I just thought this would have been better.
Pikallager123 GamingYT Actually her official execution, if she did succeed in killing Leon, was her being forced to perform on a bear-trap like stage that would eventually crush her to death
In the manga Sayaka lured leon and when she broke her wrist locked herself in the bathroom, Leon tried to calm her down then she accidently stabs herself :-;
Everybody in the comment section is talking about how it was either Leon's or Sayaka's fault they died, or that they were bad. My thoughts: how the hell does anyone not notice that they were scared and wanted to leave that hell hole?
The depressing thing is that even if Leon left Sayaka in the bathroom, and didn't kill her, she could've blamed him for her injuries, and nobody would trust him anymore, and likely make him a murder targey
I wished leon would have survived longer 😔 tbh I wish he was a survivor I loved him so much but then sayaka came...Shes good too but I wish she didn’t do that to cause leon to murder her
I could agree Leon was using self defense, but he didn’t have to kill her after she lost grip of the kitchen knife. Just my opinion. But thank you for this video! I love watching these and I really love danganronpa
Honestly even though everyone hates her, I really still likes her, even if she did some wrong things, i was still sad when she died, it stuck with me pretty hard after it happened
I agree with you, I really like Sayaka as well and a lot of people hate her and praise Leon in saying that it's her fault if he died while they are both to blame. And if Sayaka really didn't care about our lucky boi, she wouldn't have left a clue about her killer before she died and it is heavily implied that her plan backfire because she hesitated to betray our Hope boi. And Leon killed her while she locked herself in the bathroom, he had all opportunities to stay in his room but he decided to kill her anyway
@@poppiwp4193 Sayaka could have put the dying message there out of spite for Leon tho, as she didn't even know what class trials were, because Monokuma never said yet.

Sayaka wasn’t able to kill Leon because she hesitated for a split second. Not because she didn’t plan it thoroughly, but because she was a kind hearted girl who doesn’t want to commit murder. Although it costed her life, she was spared from the agony of a harrowing execution. I don’t think that Sayaka would have gotten away with the murder if she succeeded. First, Hina saw her took the knife from the kitchen. Second, if she decided to remove her hair from Makoto’s room with the roller cleaner, it would still raise the suspicion of Kyoko. Because why would the killer remove the hair in his own room. Third, she would have gotten bloodstain on her clothes, it would have been a matter of time before it would be discovered.

Dunno bout in universe, but during development, Leon and Sayaka were designed first and were used as based for the rest of the cast. The devs got sick of seeing them all the time that they offed them first
Ugh I can’t stand this fandom hating on one or the other News flash they both weren’t blameless but neither of them were completely at fault and never will be completely at fault For Sayaka she was a scared teen worried about the most important people on her life to the point where she can’t take it and tries to kill Leon And you all are expecting Leon to act rationally after almost being killed? Really???The only person I could see having rational thoughts in a shocking situation like this is maybe Kyoko or togami. Also he’s just as scared as the killing game as well. Also he has a cousin that means a lot to him, so he could’ve saw that as an opportunity Don’t forget none of this would’ve happened if it not for Monokuma. Also don’t forget these people are teenagers
Apparently in a official comic it was confirmed when leon got in the bathroom sayaka started to attack wildly and in the struggle he was trying to talk her out of it and get the knife from her and she ended up stabbing herself and wrote his name to frame him since there was no camera in the bathroom to prove it I heard this second hand from my sister who saw it on tik tok I think I can find the tik tok a link it if yall like
A few answers to common questions regarding this chapter:
(Obviously spoilers!)
- What was the victim's original intention?
-- The toolkit in his/her room is the final proof to determine the killer's identity, since everyone else's toolkit would have been untouched, while only the killer's would have been opened.
elstormo I agree with all this (especially the second point, the one about self defense)

Galaxy Joy V3’s executions will kill you then ;w;
There is two things sad about the first case
Happy havoc:
First love interest dies.
Sayaka thought about Makoto and saved him. (Dying message)
Goodbye despair:
Byakuga tried to defend himself.
Nagito tried to kill someone with the blackout.
V3:
Kaede was framed.
Rantaro died not even trusting himself.
Wow this is old.
Edit: Sayaka's dying message.
Chick3nWings 345 I thought sayaka didn’t “save” makoto... she was intending to put the blame on him..

People just love to defend their waifus I guess lmao
Detective Yuri are you saying I'm wrong?
Jaceon nah fam, what I meant to say is that I've seen plenty of comments people defending Sayaka for her actions and calling her "defenseless" and "Innocent' which is incorrect since I do also believe they both, Leon and Sayaka should take the blame for trial 1.
si on va par là Mukuro et Nagito n'ont rien fait de mal non plus
The official manga shows that Leon tried to get Sayaka to calm down but she panicked and he accidentally stabbed her. Naegi just made a mistake.
What peoples fail to realise :
-they both did wrong in that case
- they both killed/wanted to kill because they wanted to escape and were scared
- they are just teenagers
- they are good peoples and never would have killed someone this is because of this situation , they are victims of circumstance
Yea makato right it's no one fault except the mastermind there victims of circumstance
Exactly. Imagine having this debate at all.
I think she got a despair disease
I agree with this so much, especially considering she said she did so many things, both good and bad, to get to her pop star career. So obviously once she saw her group laying on the ground unconscious, she had so many thing going trough her mind. She worked so hard to achieve her dream, just to see it being crushed like that? That’s like reaching your main goal in life, and then suddenly falling back and having to restart, you just can’t redo it.
You're so unfair with her... Sayaka is a victim like everyone else, she's not a villain
I don't think Leon is completely innocent, but I don't think he deserved what he got.

okay, heres a little fun fact I found out about the first trial.
the reason why Sakaya and Leon were the first to get murdered and executed was because the creators didn't really like drawing there faces (or something like that) and they figured that they should be the first to go,so they wouldn't have to draw them anymore.
Pretty stupid, because the two have quite a lot of fans (okay, mainly Leon)-
Why in every game the first execution is so important.
Maccy Waccy the first execution always has the culprit grabbed by the neck
Idk, TeruTeru was kinda irrelevant after his death. Not even mentioned once afterwards. Literally.
Nobody liked teruteru. That's why nobody spoke about him afterwards.

Why didnt leon leave the room he didnt have to kill her

-He had the letter that could prove that Sayaka invited him to her bedroom.

While asahina try to kill everyone in chapter 4 and kokichi pushing gonta to murder someone acts like a snake and bullying someone who has depression also TRYING or killing someone in danganronpa isn't a snake except if you're willing to call leon, mondo, hifumi, celestia, asahina, teruteru, peko, mikan, gunham, chiaki, the children on ultra despair, kaede, kirumi, korekiyo, miu, gonta, kaito, kokichi, kiibo, tsumugi a snake too
Teruteru,Gundham,Kaede,Kirumi and Kiibo aren’t snakes for obvious reasons but okay
To people blaming Sayaka
Would you stay sane if you were forced to kill each other? And the. Saw evidence that your friends/family were in danger?
Everyone: afraid face
Keko: doesn't care
case one of this game reminds me of case 2 in the first ace attorney all because of the dying message weird huh
edited part
and why didn't leon just wait till the next day to get rid of his shirt i would have put it in my trash been filled it with paper with random writings on it then if anyone stop me i would have said i was taking my trash to the incinerator unless it was inaccessible from day one
He could even just washed the blood in his own room bathroom.

This moment have some special place in my heart
Leon:Lol Ima kill Sayaka while i could just flee from the Room lolololo
Fandom:YES LEON IT WAS SELF DEFENSE
@@JustAvrg Then say me why he breaked the door lololololol
@@JustAvrg And your comment is off topic, don't change the fact that this wasn't self defense, If you are you talking about the manga, it's not canon :v
@@JustAvrg Yes, Leon killed Sayaka, that's what happened
@@JustAvrg Anyway, i don't care who should have died, If Sayaka lived:
Sad Makoto.
So i think that it was better If Sayaka died
Fun fact: there's an old Warhammer novel called Beasts in Velvet, an absolute powerhouse of a whodunit inspired by the Jack the Ripper murders, where a clue suspiciously similar to this is left at the scene of a stabbing.
Fun fact: Leon means Lion in Spanish
Ok you probably knew that...
I like how culprit's avatar looks
Why Leon though why not literally anybody else there
Dunno bout in universe, but during development, Leon and Sayaka were designed first and were used as based for the rest of the cast. The devs got sick of seeing them all the time that they offed them first
For some reason people think sayaka ran into the knife that was used to kill her
Ugh I can’t stand this fandom hating on one or the other
News flash they both weren’t blameless but neither of them were completely at fault and never will be completely at fault
For Sayaka she was a scared teen worried about the most important people on her life to the point where she can’t take it and tries to kill Leon
And you all are expecting Leon to act rationally after almost being killed? Really???The only person I could see having rational thoughts in a shocking situation like this is maybe Kyoko or togami. Also he’s just as scared as the killing game as well. Also he has a cousin that means a lot to him, so he could’ve saw that as an opportunity
Don’t forget none of this would’ve happened if it not for Monokuma.
Also don’t forget these people are teenagers
Yeah it's really crazy. Defending either one of them and then dismissing the other for the same reason is just being a hypocrite.
Apparently in a official comic it was confirmed when leon got in the bathroom sayaka started to attack wildly and in the struggle he was trying to talk her out of it and get the knife from her and she ended up stabbing herself and wrote his name to frame him since there was no camera in the bathroom to prove it
I heard this second hand from my sister who saw it on tik tok I think I can find the tik tok a link it if yall like
vm.tiktok.com/Kuh9wt/ link to tik tok
Why does monokuma have that scared eye on his right when he's the antagonist?
•pєαchч kσ• I think he's mocking it
Yeah, he's making fun of the classical anime scared-face montage by inserting himself in it.
i love the artstyle in this
No lie the teddy bear reminds me of Koro sensi from assassination classroom
Rapiidz Boltz Yes XD just that Koro sensei love his students and this bear well...
AbsolLina Zimmer but they both wanted to destroy the earth
Rapiidz Boltz Yes Thats true X3
Been grinding for 50 subs I've been good so far
Well Leon, you really stuffed yourself over there. Next time, just hide
Hmm Sayaka had a crush on Makoto too, she was just pressured
Well we all have our opinions but Sayaka is my waifu
