  • I went out to photograph this impressively high waterfall and found some surprising subjects, thanks to open photographic eyes and a little thinking out-of-the-box.
But that's not all. The next day I continued with landscape photography in a stunning gorge with thundering water.
    Thanks for watching!

    Hi Thomas,
What a stunning environment and a very nice gorge too! And there was nobody around? Can’t find places without people anywhere in my area :-) I also heard some fighter jets in the sky at the start of the video :-)
Keep your balance Thomas, especially when hiking on your own in the mountains!
    Best regards, Kees

      Hi Kees,
I was surprised about how few people there were. It was even still holiday season and the warmest October ever. There were some other visitors in the gorge though and the one-way path was very narrow - quite a challenge for filming and photography :)
The jets' noise was a bit annoying tbh. I guess you know this too from Hasliberg.
Luckily, it isn't dangerous around the waterfalls. I did go on another really sketchy hike though, where I absolutely had to keep my balance - or no more videos :)
      Cheers

@@thomasrhinow Ah so there were at least some people, but not in the video. The places we’ve been were always (very) crowded. Unless you had to walk to get there ;-) Yes from Hasliberg we could see the jets starting and landing, and the nicest / strangest part is that you can cross the runway. That was a first for us 😀 The sound can be annoying though if they are doing dog fights or whatever and you want to fully enjoy the mountain walk. (and record a video ;-)
