It’s my favorite.I’ve done the JMT and the HST. I’ve logged more miles in the past 5 years in the Sierra than I have in my home state of PA. I’ve also fly fishing out there in the mountians a lot too… there’s nothing like it!
@@33sosa85 thats a good question, you guess is as good as mine. All I’m doing is tracking different trail reports on pages like the facebook page for the Tahoe Rim Trail… I’m prepared to pivot to another hike farther south in the Sierra if I have to at the last minute.

Tahoe is beautiful I love going there, the black bears are everywhere, and coyotes, I saw a huge wolf 🐺 1 time 10 years ago

There’s still a ton of snow up here in Tahoe so water should definitely not be that big of an issue.

@@33sosa85 A lot of it will melt, but be prepared to have snowy sections where you can't find the trail and may need spikes. Have fun!

They are a brand of biking gloves. Full finger for summer. Worked out really well.
