What a great non messing no nonsense video all put together really well with all important items noted and shown, top Class thank you for taking the time to show all of this and edit it all again to keep it on the mark again. Brilliant

Loved the vid and will refferece to it in the future. Do you know if there is a ptoblem with a 1997 ez-go that runs properly but when gats hot will not start after stopping for a bit of time?
Couple of questions. I haven't gotten to the point of pulling mine apart yet. Did you yake thie block to be machined? Or did you hine thhe cylinders? Where do you suggest getting a rebuild kit? Where can I find torque specs?
Most don't need to be machined, this video has the parts links in the description. ruclips.net/video/oJgh0O5tBYc/видео.htmlsi=NJcCm58eJUqy2Q3v Let us know if we can help. 276.632.8905

First test would be get it to that point and then do a compression test. This will tell you alot. Let us know if we can help. 276.632.8905
Hopefully you will service a rear differential on an ezgo gas. My cart is leaking a bit and would like to see how you pull that apart.
