1860 munich was relegated in 3rd divison but bc the owner of the club couldn't manage to give the team enough money to play there in the next season the had to play in the lower League. (what is also funny is that Not only Bastian Müller never became a legend Rudi Völler jsut disappeared from the list 😅)
yeah they couldn't afford the permit for 3rd division and the owner couldn't/didn't want to spend money on it so they went straight to the 4th divison. I remember he had plans for a new stadium w a zoo connected to it w lions (mascot of the club) and everything. That never happened clearly. Imagine such a big club experiencing a downfall like that, couldn't happen to other german giants surely 👀

He was classified as a club legend in 2028! 15:12 for proof. In 2033 when you came back he was down to an icon, where he forever remained. That one is difficult to figure out.

So glad you mixed it up with an experiment based in Germany! I think the Bundesliga is the most exciting and enjoyable league to watch. It's usually the top five league that has the most goals scored each season, which is surprising because it only has 34 games per season per team

I always liked playing with 1860 because they had a club emphasis on developing youth players. Also if Bayern tried to buy your players you could turn them down. When the player came on to talk to you, you could tell them you didn't want to sell to a rival - it almost always works.
If I had the time I'd love to do a long term save with them and replicate this success
Would like to see this but with a player natural at every outfield position would be interested to see how they are used and the effect that would have

@jayhuahua no, in first division but they didn't win any major trophy in almost 10 years and a champions league in the 80'

@@jayhuahua Nagano parceiro or FC Ryukyu are good Clubs who are not quite the best in the League, but great enough to maybe rise to the top.
(And tbf I like both Clubs a lot, because I had saves with them xD)

You should do a near perfect team in the Vanarama (165-185 CA locked) with 1 for finishing. Can they get promoted to the Prem. Can they win the Prem. Can they win any UEFA cups. P.S. you should use a super random Vanarama team (e.g. Kid'minster)
Lol, I have a finishing vs composure experiment coming soon. It's recorded, I just need to edit it. I also use Kidderminster in an experiment where the entire squad is injury prone which is also coming soon. Tuesday I think it's in the schedule for 👍
Idea, 11 teams, each gets a perfect player for a different position (1 gets a keeper, 1 a RB, 1 a CB etc), see who can carry a club up most
Which 11 positions? I think if you had someone in every playable position there is 17 if you include 2 cb 2 cm 2 strikers, wing backs, dm, CAM etc. I did this exact thing on the last FM in the norwegian league I believe, so I'll say this is a great idea 😉 it was a fun one though so may revisit it this year 👍
1860 munich are the bayern rivals who shared their ground the famous allianz arena (like the situation in milan) til that season (2017) where they went bunkrupt and went to the regional liga... even the allianz arena lighted blue all arround for their games when they played there (not red like for bayern) . it would be nice if you go back to the save and see if they went back to the allianz arena because it would've been key to their success...

They didn't go bankrupt. They didn't get a license. Bankruptcy would have been a blessing, because then the shareholder would have been gone.

I wonder what position would help a team most. A perfect player for striker, winger, cm, cb, gk. One player per club. Who can bring them to glory

Training experiment idea for physicals. General Rehab Vs Normal physical training growth, which is quicker.
For the general Rehab you'd have to wait until they get a minor injury, put their individual training at GR, then heal them with the editor
This would require an enormous amount of monitoring and be difficult to achieve accurate results with 🤔 I'll think on this one and see if I can make something work

What database leagues did you add to create a video experiment? In this video you are playing in the German Bundesliga, are you also adding to the Spanish, English and Italian league database? Or just 1 league database?

It's like what can happen to Schalke this year. The 3.Liga is managed by DFB as opposite to the first 2 leagues by DFL, so a different licence is needed. If a club cannot afford it, they are relegated to the semi-pro forth tier on the 'green table'.

Back in FM23 after he was sacked by Southampton in real life, he often became England manager, like so often it just became a thing that's carried on in spite of him rarely ever becoming England manager. I check in because there's uproar when I don't. I think ralph is more popular than me on this channel 🤣

2:21 The club got relegate dto the third tier but license problems caused them no to be eligible for the 3rd division so they got relegated to the 4th tier

Loved Bastian and 1860 Munich. You should do more fallen giants video with different countries. And hope you saw India's performance in the Asian Cup. Very disappointing. We'd love to see an Indian experiment from you mate. Watching our country successful at the biggest stage is our biggest dream
Yeah. There's definitely demand from the previous Indian videos I did. I think I'd need to get a full Indian databasr if such a thing exists in the community, then that'd be interesting to do a versus experiment with another nation. Who would India's football rivals be?
@@jayhuahua they are worse than India currently. I'd say Pakistan for obvious political reasons. In cricket it's the biggest rivalry. Wrt cricket, I'd say Australia. So India vs Australia should be a really good clash over 30 years. Getting to their level and beating them for trophies would be a major achievement
See if you can get Klasvik from the Faroe Islands 🇫🇴 to win a UCL. Will probably need to give them perfect facilities, youth rating and some funds up front to maintain youth system at a high level but it would be cool to see.

By the way as an experiment, maybe give the perfect player to a club in the Welsh league and see how he alone can develop the nation's coefficients?
I will be doing lesser leagues... but I don't think one perfect player will do much sadly. Interesting idea. Maybe i will test a couple of things for this idea and bring them all together
@@jayhuahua One gripe I have with the game is reputation affecting transfers so much... Even if you gave every club in a lesser league 1B they wouldn't be signing very good players, even though that kind of money means development of infrastructure, stadium, obviously quality across the board if they actually sign players and probably being competitive in Europe.
Jay do you think it would be possible to win the a league and world cup with the same team if you took over a nation as manager ? How cool would that be right.

@@jayhuahua start a save with maybe barcelona in 3/4 years develop and buy only spanish players apply for spain job try to win world cup and league or even cl in the same season. Would be one heck of a acheivement.
Once you have the spain job you will able to select from any spanish players.

Licensing issues I think. Same as Netherlands. Like if u go on their national teams u see they just have greyed out players unless u go in and fix.

Degerfors is a club that is my local team in the high divisions and in 2023 they got relegated to the second divison.

Any preferred method? Youth rating video in a versus style against a rival?
You thought of trying to see what the "least bad hidden attribute" is? Something like a sim with players at 80CA/200PA who each have one thing maxed (on the bad side) for controversy, dirtiness, loyalty (loyal to a fault), injury proneness, consistency and important matches. See if any of them have those traits derail their careers.
Hmmmm, not a bad idea. I'll have to think how best to package it up to get a decent pool of results
