@@MindyCI recently tried using Shiftscreen on my iPhone SE2, and I was surprised at how well it worked. It took out a bit of trial and error to figure out how to use the phone as a trackpad, but when I did it worked quite well. I wouldn’t want to use it all of the time, but if one has to use one’s phone as a computer due to circumstances it could come in quite handy! It is a shame that evidently no more development of the app is taking place. I have found myself using it quite a bit recently, using the open browser windows mainly for researching.

yes and no. Videos play on Shiftscreen but it will turn black on the monitor and will show only on the iPad. But once you stop interacting or move the mouse away on the browser where the video is playing, the video will play on the monitor. the developer has a very brief description about this in their website. I was so excited about this app but it’s been over a year and it seems that the app has been abandoned by the developer. There has not been a single update for more than a year and there are still a lot of bugs to fix.

I guess as long as it web apps and can run on a browser then it may work. But just don’t expect too much as Shiftscreen uses its own browser and also I haven’t received any updates from App Store for this app.

1:30 putting the charger into adapter? Wait... Your monitor takes energy from the iPad? Doesn't make any sense. Shouldn't be your monitor take energy from a wall socket instead? Use your monitor charging cable with the wall socket man.
Bro she didnt say the monitor is taking energy from the iPad. She’s saying when you connect ur iPad with an adapter, the adapter can plug in with a type c cable to charge the iPad. So, your iPad wont ran out of battery when you using an external monitor. The monitor is obviously powered by the wall socket. Pls think before you ask aye 😂
