The single biggest reason our military is successful is that we, all branches of the U.S. military, have professional Non Commissioned Officers. I worked with a few other nations in my 21 years in the Army and with a few exceptions of some NATO (UK, Germany, Netherlands) members nobody comes close to the NCO's we have.................NO ONE.
I retired in 2015, I wish I could have been in that class...congrats to course class 66 and God bless
