      I personally love how children are being exposed to sexually liberating ideologies and that bigoted parents are being kept in the dark. How will society progress by holding to the outdated values that have gotten us to a place where we can't say gay in school? Public schools are the best!!!

      @@NathanUttley The US Constitution is based on preserving the vested economic interests of the Founding Fathers(aka Continental Congress) of "Who will work my lands"? The Federalist Papers mentioned 330x the key words business, commerce, finances, money, profit, etc. The Federalist Papers reveal the true motives of the Founding Fathers on the US Constitution, which is economic vested interests.
      It is based on Freemasonic ideas and principles(swearing on Bible, all religions equal, the use of the word God, the all seeing Eye-that's where the idea of the Evil Eye came from) used in Masonic Lodges built on Freemasonry and the Illuminati. Swearing on the Bible in a Lodge for Christians, the use of the G word, all religions equal, and the all seeing eye. Also the use of the Latin phrase Novus Ordo Seclorum(New World Order or NWO, which is also ironically titled and applied to the New Mass of 1969 of the Catholic Church).

      I agree!...I was a substitute teacher this past year and taught in a school in both Vermont and NH....the Vermont school was too busy teaching about goats (not kidding)...lol...and the students don't have a clue about their own US Constitution which is usually taught in civics. Luckily, our NH governor signed into law a requirement for ALL graduating seniors to study civics which will include the US Constitution....

      @@Eric-yp9nc What goats? It's part of zoology in science. The students do have a clue but they reject the traditional narrative that was taught for 200+ years. If I wanted to make sure that they reject the traditional narrative, I would have said "Now you may have heard about what was traditionally said about the Constitution, but you students were not taught the other side of the story about it." "By not teaching them, they would say why didn't you tell us and then they would accept the traditional narrative and so silence is not golden". Get my drift. For example, if you the Federalist Papers, it shows that economic self-interest was the main reason. In fact, students don't know the Constitution because the conservative school teachers did not require to them to read the Federalist Papers, then if they did, they would the real motives that would contradict what they were taught.

    Now, the Congress tells the Executive to make the laws while Congress enforces the laws. Meanwhile, the Courts make sure their law school buddies get paid well. We now skirt the Constitution by charging property with crimes, ignoring jurisdictional bounds, and carving out a thousand excuses as to why the Bill of Rights doesn't apply.

    I was in school when we recited this Pledge of Allegiance, every single morning before class. Also, the worst thing that could happen was either a note home from your teacher, or a call to your parents. What happened???

    Well-put-together presentation: You need to include the definition of the words from the time the documents were written, The very context of the greatest documents ever written has been changed without ever being touched simply by teaching or programming We the people to accept a new definition of words. ? in 1700-1800 what did 'State' have the meaning of, your scholars are not studying the history of language or the written word so the modern definition of the words are being conveyed. A definition that did not exist when the documents were written.
    And it would be a good thing if all your scholars stayed on the first CONstution.

    The Constitution says that congress shall have all powers "necessary and proper" to carry out it's other powers. So really that is a blank check. Right in the Constitution, it contradicts itself. The 10th amendment says powers are reserved for the states and the people, but the necessary and proper clause says Congress has as much power as they feel they need.

      As a general rule, any inclusion of constitutional amendments to the original constitution (statute) supercedes all previous versions of the constitution in its original form, that includes making an amendment to an amendment of the constitution.

    Therefore, it is imperative to determine whether their construction of tracks is deliberately convoluted in order to secure additional funding from the government. Im okay with them paying much
    more. But looking at them as advisors. I wont. Because.This is a positive development as we have 50 different legal jurisdictions to navigate in order to determine the most effective approach, allowing us to benefit from lessons learned through practical examples and real-world experience.     We are controlled by laws of nature.
    There is a general force of nature, and two opposite forces-bestowal and reception-extend from it.
    We exist between these forces, and both of these qualities affect us.
    Then, the question arises: How do we develop under the influence of these forces? Where do we act? Where are we free? How do we accumulate and correlate these two forces within ourselves? How can we build ourselves out of them?
    These are the questions that the wisdom of Kabbalah engages in: how we receive these two forces in an optimal balance, and with their help, shape ourselves so as to resemble the very laws of nature, to arise and reach equivalence of form with the force of bestowal in nature. These very laws gave us the opportunity to control the pace of our progress in accepting them upon ourselves.
    That is the point of our freewill.
    How could we act if we do not have freewill? Who would we be? Would we just be like robots, always under control?
    Until now, we have always been under control. What does it mean?
    Nature as if injects a drop of egoism-the desire to enjoy at others’ expense-into us, and then it does so a little more, and a little more again, and we then get the impetus to move toward all kinds of egoistic goals. The more our egoism inflates, the more we become willing to move to increasingly gain at the expense of others. Nature constantly squeezes the syringe into us until it eventually infuses us with the full amount of egoism.
    Our era is characterized by the syringe of egoism having become completely injected into us, with no more egoism left to inject. That is why we have nowhere left to run.
    Where do we head from here? What do we do?
    Moreover, egoism has become global and integral. In the beginning, we felt good because we reached egoistic global connections in the world and thought that everything would be fine. However, when such connections started depending on everyone, we turned out to be nature’s opposite.
    At this juncture, we find ourselves with a major dilemma, and we need to work out what we do about it. Where our fully-inflated egoism coupled with our tightening global connections brings us to increasing problems around the world, today we require a new form of connection-enriching education that would have the ability to guide us on how to change our egoistic connections to altruistic ones. That is the key to a shift to a harmonious and peaceful world.

    I responded "because it existed for thousands of yrs since the origins of human civilization, what makes you thino you know better"
    Many slaves existed because as nations or empires fell, those people welcomed slavery, as oppos3d to starvation, or certain death.
    And also "Because slavery didnt actually end, you are given an illusion of choice, but there are owners, who own everything you touch, the land. the businesses you buy your food and supplies, the energy companies, the entertainment industry, the banks, etc."
    You basically live under fuedalism today and have no rights except what is allowed to you
    Case in point, there is no rule of law fo the elite, there is no accountability in govt, they are protected by the deepstate

    From the standpoint of the American colonies during the time of the Declaration of Independence and the war with England, the movement towards independence would have been considered politically progressive. Every one of the political and social proposals were radically progressive and by today's standards conservatives would decry them as "woke".

      The word "woke" as originally used, meant being socially and politically aware. Unfortunately, it has been perverted by the right to now connote an insult. The Declaration of Independence was progressive. A majority of people in the original 13 states favored the existing government under the Articles of Confederation which provided for the majority of governmental power to be exercised by the individual states. The movement to the Constitution was engineered by a conservative movement favored by the wealthy and powerful who wanted a stronger national government to protect their interests. The individual state governments were far more progressive in protecting the interests of the lower classes, debtors and small farmers.
      The original Constitution, though a republic, was far from democratic. The president was elected by elites selected and represented through the electoral college (the popular vote was not officially tabulated until the 1820's), federal judges were appointed and Senators were selected by state legislators. Only representatives were elected by the people, though voting rights, at the time, were strictly limited.

    Any State or municipality that bans, prevents, delays, or abridges a non-incarcerated, and free, United States Citizen from protecting themselves; in a manner that is adequate and equal in effectiveness to that which is current and present on Earth: Is in direct violation of the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 14th Amendments, respectively.
    Any State or municipality that requires a free citizen give up their right to keep & bear arms, by transmuting such right into a privilege, by means of testing, permitting, and licensing, ignores the fundamental definitions of "Rights", "Freedoms" and "Liberty" that have remained unchanged for hundreds of years, and in parallel, violate all of the aforementioned amendments.
    It is important to note that the 5th Amendment applies specifically to free but *previously incarcerated citizens who have been stripped of their 2nd amendment right.
    **Proof:**
    **2nd Amendment:** "...the right of The People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
    **Violation:** Prohibiting or limiting an individual's ability to possess arms violates this amendment. Any weapon that can be kept or carried qualifies. A Test, Quiz, Course, Permit, or License, if required, transmute the individual right into a state earned privilege; also violating this amendment
    **4th Amendment:** “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated...."
    **Violation:** Seizing a firearm without suspicion that a crime has been, is about to be, or is being committed, and without confidence that the nature of this crime requires apprehension of a weapon, is unreasonable and illegal. The 2nd Amendment necessitates the right to bear arms, making such seizures unrelated or unreasonable; unnecessary.
    **5th Amendment:** "No person....nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
    **Violation:** For a citizen who has been incarcerated and released, taking away their right to self-defense after serving their sentence violates the "Double Jeopardy" clause, as their punishment for their crime was the time served.
    **8th Amendment:** "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."
    **Violation:** Seizing a firearm simply for possession is cruel and unusual, leaving a person defenseless. It is inhumane to deny someone the right to defend themselves. A Test, Quiz, Course, Permit, or License, if required, transmute the individual right into a state earned privilege; and the concept that any free person in society earn the privilege to adequately defend themselves is cruel, and unusual to say the least.
    **9th Amendment:** "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
    **Violation:** The right to defend ones self, in a manner that is adequate to succeed against the common dangers of a given time, and place, and within the borders of one's nation; is a common-sense human right that does not need to be explicitly stated in the Constitution to be protected.
    **10th Amendment:** "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution...are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
    **Violation:** States nor other cannot challenge the federal Constitution's clear rights, including the right to bear arms, or any of the other amendments or law expressed in that document.
    **14th Amendment:** "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens...nor deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law...."
    **Violation:** Even if the 2nd Amendment were considered a privilege rather than a right, the 14th Amendment prohibits any state from abridging (shortening or minimizing) any immunities (shall not be infringed) or privileges (the "rights" our governments have transmuted). It also prohibits depriving life or property (self-defense, owned or carried weapons) without due process. Given that the rights of citizens have been ignored in the instances of the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Amendments regarding weapons and self defense, it can be reasonably said that due process wasn't even attempted, if not the entire Constitution considered. Therefore, all State and Federal laws that abridge the right to bear arms in regards to a lack of due process violate the 14th Amendment (As was the case in the Bruen decision).
    **Other Considerations:** The 13th Amendment implies that those "unfree" are those actively incarcerated. The Supreme Court has ruled that "The People" refers to individual citizens. We the People, in order to form a more perfect Union, must provide for the common defense. Any Supreme Court rulings, state laws, federal rulings, or municipal rulings that have not considered the entire Constitution when making these laws violate due process, and therefore are unconstitutional.
    **Exceptions:**
    - Actively in prison
    - Actively in jail
    - Actively apprehended based on reasonable, articulable suspicion that a crime has, is, or is about to be committed by you alone.
    **Crime Statistics:**
    - There are approximately 16,000 murders annually in the United States.
    - Firearms are used for self-defense up to 2.5 million times per year.
    - Defensive gun use (DGU) occurs in about 70,040 instances per year, including both violent and property crimes.
    - States with higher rates of gun ownership tend to have lower rates of violent crime.
    In Thomas Jeffersons letter to Peter Car In 1785, quote "As to the species of exercise, I advise the gun." Although, many people carried swords, and knives, as guns were expensive.
    The Thompson (Sub)Machine gun, invented in 1918 (After WW1 and after the 1903 Militia Act) was avaliable to purchase by the general public all the way until 1934 under the unconstitutional NFA act, signed into law by 3 term president FDR, in his first term. Many machine guns other than this had already existed in civilian hands for years, including the Maxim Gun which was almost 20 years old by then, and could be legally owned by US citizens. This also applied to silencers, which apparently could be shipped through the USPS at $5 USD 1928 ($91.97 circa 2024)
    At the time of the founding, "Arms" generally included body armor (like that of a soldiers helmet, to deflect Muskets, or chest plates) and before the New World was discovered, "Arms" usually referred to any item related to fighting, whether that be a shield or ammunition, as may be necessary in self defense.

    Caetano v. Massachusetts (2016)

    People v. Aguilar (2013)
    ☆The Illinois Supreme Court found the state's Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon statute unconstitutional under the Second Amendment☆
    McDonald v. City of Chicago (2010)
    ☆The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment applies to state and local governments, striking down Chicago's handgun ban☆
    District of Columbia v. Heller (2008)
    ☆The U.S. Supreme Court held that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual's right to possess firearms for self-defense within the home, and is an individual right of each, free citizen☆
    New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen (2022)
    ☆The U.S. Supreme Court held that the Second and Fourteenth Amendments protect an individual's right to carry a handgun for self-defense outside the home. The Court struck down New York's "proper cause" requirement for obtaining a concealed carry license, ruling it unconstitutional as it prevented law-abiding citizens with ordinary self-defense needs from exercising their right to keep and bear arms☆
    In regards to the security of We People in the face of such prevalent weapon ownership: One might feel exposed if a journalist peers into their buisness or home from a public way; and they merely must shut their blinds as the onus is on them to do so.
    And in the same manner: One might feel un-prepared, under-equipped, and overwhelmed in a downtown where all citizens have rifles; And they merely match the situation via the same or greater means, by obtaining, bearing, carrying, keeping, and presumably training with arms the same or more powerful, efficient, and capable for the situation at hand.
    We must do all we can to ensure our right to defend ourselves no matter our ideas or opinions, type, or past, as without this, we may not defend our speech, or property, or our freedom.
