Some vocal training would help bolster and strengthen Sean's voice. Otherwise there is a distinct lack of power to the song and the vocal. You need to harden the edges around the tune. Make it punchier, and help the vocal shine. Either way, I love a catch or a rasp to a voice and that power can be expanded by training it. Either by relentless 8 hour live sessions, or just seeing a vocal coach regularly. Look after your tonsils! This noodle-y indie sound - I've always struggled to like, so it is just my personal opinion right? So I could equally be wrong

Nothing wrong with his voice to my ears. Yes, it’s not a “ rawk” voice, but it’s all the better for that.
