I, Dr. Pratibha Singh, a Neuro-Physiotherapist, have been practicing for 7 years.
I have done my Physiotherapy graduation from Jamia Millia University in 2011 & further I did Masters of Physiotherapy in neurology from Indian Spinal Injury Centre in 2014(one of the most advanced spine, orthopaedic & neuromuscular surgical centre in India).

Along with giving rehabilitation services in clinical set up, I always wanted to share my knowledge and expertise through online portal also for the well-being of society as a whole. Nice video and easy excercises . I am little confused about #2 excercise -side lying internal rotation. Please clarify the action after bending both legs ...how to do excercise properly with lower legs?

Does bow leg couse shorting of leg length ? My right lower limb has genu varum deformity but it is 7-8 inches short compared to my left leg. Why is it so ?

Thanks for sharing easy exercises. Dr i have problem in L5 and S1 - space is narrowing . Can i try ball press toe touch exercise ? Generally when i bend down by mistake in my daily routine.. my lumber area starts paining..as i mentioned. Please guide me

Twice I have had slip disc attacks of my spine and have been advised by my physio to strictly avoid bending down as it has been demostrated in the last excercise . Please advise if I should do this excercise.

Hello Mam meri beti 12 saal ki hai avi 2 saal pehle use bow leg ho gaya hai vitamin d aur calcium km ho jane se ,,, ek leg me he ,,, mene bahut doctor ko dikhaya brace banwane ko kaha doctor ne woh bhi pehnaya banwa kar lekin koi improvement nahi hai ,,, jis bhi doctor ke paas jate he surgery bolte hai ,,, aap genuinely bataye ki kya ye exercise se thik hoga ,, orthopaedics ko bahut dikha liya,,, kya hame physiotherapist se milna chahiye
