    Twice I have had slip disc attacks of my spine and have been advised by my physio to strictly avoid bending down as it has been demostrated in the last excercise . Please advise if I should do this excercise.

    Does bow leg couse shorting of leg length ? My right lower limb has genu varum deformity but it is 7-8 inches short compared to my left leg. Why is it so ?

    Ball press toe touch exercise karne ke time lumber mein pain L4 and s1 ) lordosis ki problem honto kese yeh excercise karni. Chahieye . Please tell. I have lower back problem.
