great video but thats kind of unrealistic because the prem players like foden for example wasn't trying to jump verticallyas high as he could also bellingham wasnt trying his hardest he was doing it like 30 times plus aint no way a prem player could only average 2 min because i am a academy player and i am 12 and i can plank for 7 mins

Plus U jumped beside a mattress that looks like 1.5m and then claim a jump distance of almost 2.5m?? Counted like 22 push ups(not even good form)? Keep on moving while planking? Even ur running looks bang ass slow

try to run as long as you can every day with breaks, then try to increase the distance after time, it could help
You can just run for 5 min first day and then + 1 min every day so day 2 6 min day 3 7 min day 4 8 min day 5 9 min day 6 10 min and so on
